Interview at startups

I recently went through three job interviews and all of them at startup companies. The interviewer were the tech leads and one of them I got interviewed by the CEO. I feel like all interviews went well but not sure tho, this is my first job and still naive.

The problem here is I haven't receive any feedback after the interview which is really saddening and made me wonder what the heck is going on. I did email them like a week after the interview for follow ups and still no response until now.

So anyone here have any idea how do startups recruit people? How long usually the process? is it normal rejected applicant get no feedback?
