I was offered a job in Shanghai with the salary 2-3x times but again its purely commission. In the end, its up to my own capability. <br /><br />Basically both path has its pros and cons. With my current job I may get another 10-15% increment next year if everything goes well but after that I think it will be stagnant considering I am employed. For me to go even further I need to start my own business as also advised by my parents and people around me but I have the fear hence I am just saving as much as I can, splurge once a while and putting some into investment .<br /><br /><br />Should I be start worrying about this ? Is this quarter life crisis? there are too many uncertainties. I feel I need to grow but feeling comfortable with my current job good pay happy repetitive .
