            <title>Maxis Subline device different number</title>

            <description>Hi i im a maxis user with 1 main line and 2 subline under my account. So my mainline have a device contract. So i wana ask let say i wana buy another device with my subline number but after get the device i use different maxis number simcard, can maxis track it or brick the device or block it? Even if i pay the monthly device commitment without fail?&lt;br /&gt;Need some advise. Thanks.</description>

            <title>Agent asking S&amp;amp;P copy</title>

            <description>Is it ok to give lhdn stamped signed s&amp;amp;p soft copy to agent? Or it’s a bad idea?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Briefly:-&lt;br /&gt;So I’m in the process of buying a commercial property thru an agent from mudah. Went and saw the property with agent. So after made earnest deposit and paid agent fees and submit documents to the agent to pass to his banker.  So his so called banker took so many weeks to submit loan and to get an answer from bank but after 2 weeks the banker told me rejected because the property market value low so any bank also reject, so i got angry and tried my own few banks and in 3 days i get approval from one of the bank then suddenly the agent and banker push me try other banks with his banker i said i already get approval so no need his banker then he recommended his lawyer for s&amp;amp;p and kinda like pushing me to choose his lawyer but the fees was higher then bank recommended lawyer. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So i choose bank lawyer then he was forcing me to his so i was firm and went thru bank panel lawyer. So our lawyer have done s&amp;amp;p and also got sign from owner and done lhdn online stamping and now sent all the documents to bank for their processing. Now the agent is keep on asking for my lawyer number and also lhdn stamped s&amp;amp;p soft copy. Not sure why. Keep on disturbing me. &lt;br /&gt;Is it ok to give lhdn stamped signed s&amp;amp;p soft copy to agent? Or it’s a bad idea?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hoping for a reply. Sorry if thread too long.</description>

            <description>Good day, sorry the story is very long but bear with me friends. I need to put everything in detail. &lt;br /&gt;I’m from Alor Setar kedah move to mainland penang for work purposes. So my wife and myself saw renting an apartment in mudah and went to the agent. Agent has REN and valid agency and we saw and like the place and started to rent the place with agreement signed between us and owner for 1 year tenure. We are now into the 4th month. We pay the rent, tnb and water bills correctly every month. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Suddenly a week back we saw the management of the apartment sticking a notice asking owners to vacate the tenants with only 1 month notice and after the 1 month will have rm200 fined every week if didn’t vacate and stating the apartment is a affordable home apartment and it can’t be rented out. 1 week passed the owner didn’t tell me anything then after i asked her showing the notice then only she told me the problem. We didn’t know it was an affordable home in the first place. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So the thing is we dono who hide it the owner or the agent that this is an affordable home and cannot be rented out. The owner even suggested to cancel the agreement in lhdn and ask me to stay there in trust basis while she holding all the deposits. So i asked her if trust basis then pay me back all the deposits and i pay you rent every month you can throw me out if I didn’t because the fault is on u as you rented me a affordable home. If the perbadanan came for checking then you will be safe as no agreement. Long story short i said i dowan to make trouble for both me and owner so I said i can’t cancel the agreement. So i asked for pampasan and deposits. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;She said i can stay a month for free then will return deposit. But that’s not fair for me. I spend thousands in moving and now have to move out again paid alot of deposits and only in short notice i need to look for new place pay deposit again. Owner didn’t inform me immediately, rented affordable home, breach contract asking move out in 1 month, try to cheat authority to cancel agreement so she’s in alot of fault here. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So i was thinking I’ll pay the month rent and ask for 2 months of rent as pampasan and full deposits before i move out as i need to pay new booking deposit agent fee to new place to keep my stuff. I exhausted all my savings to pay her and move in just 4 months even my savings not full yet to move out. So with the deposit and pampasan is the only way i can move out. The problem is with her and the penang housing board and management yet she’s treating me like I’m the problem. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So this is the problem what any one here can advise us on for the next step? Is my step the correct way?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Update so i asked owner for 2 months compensation and full refund of deposits when i move out on the last day morning owner obliged and said will transfer then suddenly evening she send me some clause from agreement and i said if you wana follow agreement and i said i also follow agreement and stay there until tenancy ends then suddenly at night owner suddenly send me vacate notice after referring her lawyer and she send me a self typed vacate notice dated 1/7/2022 using the management date 16th june 2022 to 16th july 2022 as 1 month notice but giving me 2 weeks to move out saying this is new rule and management just added she can’t do anything and send me notice stating clause in Tenancy Agreement saying is must yield and stated the tenancy agreement is frustrated. So when on a investigation and ask the management and the owners there all mentioned in S&amp;amp;P will mention cannot rent or sell. Owner should know management said we can’t go everymonth tell owner dont rent dont sell when they apply for the house the application also specifically mention cant rent or sell and only for own occupation. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So owner is lying this is new rule by management but management said they will cut access cards on 16th july if still renting out and i also don’t like the owner and don’t wana deal with her i was finding another place while engaging a lawyer for a reply letter to owner. Lawyer called agent and explained and agent admit cannot rent affordable home and also admit they wrong and refund me agent fee stamp agreement fee and taxes then lawyer said i soft talk with owner and see first then he talk to the owner lawyer and they agree for half month compensation and also full deposit refund so my lawyer said they have proof and want to go to court so they agreed for 1 month compensation and full deposit return. But we was feeling it wasn’t fair and ask our lawyer if 2 months means we’re ok but our lawyer said you TA mention tenant need give 3 month notice but doesn’t mention if owner ask u to leave they must give any compensation only refund deposit so if you go to small claims also the magistrate will ask to return the refund but not sure about the compensation ask not written in tenancy agreement he also said the agreement was written against you and favoring the owner. So he said it’s a best offer and ask me to take it. I had doubts on the lawyer why he is like siding the owner. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So Because we already stressed with her we took the offer and put our condition that must return all deposits and compensation on the day we move out on the spot and also i will move out on 10/7/2022 as i have exams on 17/7/2022 so they agreed everything was put in written that on 10/7/2022 the agreement is terminated and also owner must transfer everything on the spot when i vacate. The reply letter to agree My lawyer didn’t mention anything about if i must clear all stuffs or any clause about giving back the house originally as i first rented. They still agreed. So i cleared everything and also cleaned the house was and settled all the previous months utilities if pending and also paid rent for the 10 days prorated. Then on 10/7/22 i captured photo and took video of everything is working, then the owner bring the agent and she and the agent very throughly checked the unit so after everything was satisfactory the agent said all ok and owner also say all ok the owner transfer me the deposits and compensation on the spot and I surrendered all the keys and access cards and their locks to owner. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then after 15 minutes we wana out agent called me saying hey there got you stick 4 small mirrors between the doors the owner say she dowan it and ask you to remove it i said both of you checked said all ok and then transfer everything now suddenly? If like that i come next time to settle it as now I’m running late because movers are waiting at new place to unload and i also dont have proper tools. So the agent say ok then after 30 minutes owner call me tell i wan the mirror to be removed and its using double side tape might peel some paints so need you to remove the mirror and also paint it by today 10/7/22 or tomorrow 11/7/22 she said i said cannot I’m not free today i have movers waiting and also tomorrow is working for me she said public holiday so i said no my company is working only muslims holiday she like adamant no cannot fix now or tomorrow if not i will charge daily then i ask charge what she said charge la daily for your item is here must follow rules and agreement and said u must handover today as how i rented i was pissed and said you can’t rent the unit in the first place yet u rented lying and give unreasonable vacate notice of 2 weeks where i have to find a new place and also move all the stuffs and vacated and still not leaving me in peace just because 4 small ikea mirrors that’s sticking there because your house didn’t provide any mirror even though furnished so she got angry after i said u cant rent she say then why talk compromise with lawyer and take compensation u can sue me what? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was like so pissed i said i see how and she suddenly hang up the phone then after awhile the lawyer i engaged called and asked bro how all ok? You get the deposit and compensation and all settled? I said ya then he asked bro about the mirror the owner say she very unhappy about it and say wana charge maybes you can go do it to her so i told him I’m free end of month so i go do it for her that time then he like pestering me to do by today or tomorrow and i get a doubt and confirmation that this lawyer is no more on my side i dono what dealings i pissed at him and said bro your part is done in this after you send the letter we will handle this with the owner and said thank you for your help. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then we went to new place and done moving friends was there to monitor so my self and wife decided let’s just fix it today because really headache with this owner so we went to diy bought scrapper paint brush and so on and on the way to the apartment I messaged owner we are on the way to settle it just bought tools she messaged me talk with the agent so I messaged the agent the agent said no no now cnt i go island ready maybe tomorrow can i said tomorrow I’m not free it’s either today or 22july after my exams the agent said she will contact the owner and then owner whatsapp me saying the key with agent (in my mind it’s your house why agent has the keys maybe for finding another victim to rent again? Even though as a owner sure you will have spare keys right) but I didn’t tell her as i know she just trying to make trouble because paid compensation, then owner said u arrange a time with agent and fix it today i said if not free tomorrow have work it’s either today or 22nd july owner was like u must hand over correctly you cannot do like this tomorrow you come do la she said then i got angry said excuse you and the agent throughly checked then all ok then you transferred the money if not ok why you return the deposit it means you accepted it then suddenly giving me headaches again. Then she being like making me guilty oh now you’re saying I didn’t check correctly but you should give me how i rented to you then i said ya you and agent checked all ok then you transferred I didn’t force you to not check. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then she said there’s no point in talking to you. I said it’s either today as i have paid rent till midnight or on 22nd july. &lt;br /&gt;But after that i was in full of stress and headache cant even enjoy my new place or concentrate on work so i blocked owner and agent and is now in abit of peace. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was thinking of not doing it on 22/july also as i don’t want to handle this stress anymore. Then previously the owner also said she will send prorated bills for the water and tnb for the 6 days i stay there but i worry with all this mess the owner might not be fair even after i moved she might on ac heater water all and blame me i used it alot. My normal monthly average if with tnb app in this 4 month is around rm50 per month and water rm5 per month only. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyone can advise me on this? Im kinda confused now and very stress and pressure my wife worry i might get heart attack. &lt;br /&gt;So i just leave it go on and move on with my life? Can she charge me? As after 16th july management doesn’t allow to rent and her vacate notice uses that clause but even s&amp;amp;p also stated and also agreement frustrated and terminated after payment of depositby owner right?
