signed their ultra plan and paid for a device. figured had the device deliver to digishop and i pickup myself would be easier and safer for both side.

turn out it's nightmare. the device was delivered to shop 2 days later, shop staff was friendly and inform me to pick up, i visited again but cant collect my device because digi system didnot send me a 'pick up code'

me appear myself with my dna, fingerprint, ic etc cant collect my own stuff just because their system stuck or wont send an sms

waited a week still going no where while my device parcel probably tossed around in store.

called their support explain the problem, she just burst out laughter, u must tunggu your device deliver to store ya.

use their support live chat instead, 'sir u must wait patiently for your device"

the device is in store a week ago ready to pickup but tracking status is 'process'.

it seem will remain like this forever.

for those who using digi, will i face help or support like this for the next 3 years for all the simple problems?

other than digi rent tm infra, what major concern i should aware?

i heard digi will give static ip? and then i heard people talk bout private ip etc which even confuse me more

i torrent and watch free stream site, if i dont want people to know what am i downloading, i should continue with unifi?

digi plan is really attractive atm

unable to claim LAD due to Eot given by gov

my developer sent me a letter stating they acquired EOT(extension of time) that given by housing ministry

3 period of EOT(s) consists total of 21 months starting from march2020 to dec2021 to be excluded from LAD count.

thanks to above extension, the project buyers wont receive any LAD even if it completed in next year (and many buyers signed spa on 2017)

we'd gather a small group of affected buyer from our project & I believe there're more affected buyers from other projects as well, can we form a discussion for solution here?

any suggestion? our group are also seeking legal advice, any lawyer feel free to contact me.

i never register with neteller

then yesterday receive an email with my ic name used.

the mail did not ask me to log in anything like usual phishing but only tell me their term of use had been updated.

then i try to goes to official netller and log in and try to reset my acc with the my email that receive the mail but failed, it loook like the acc bad heen created by other using my name, what is neteller, should i worry bout this ?

water system rental contract termination

hi,

i terminate my water system rental contract within the 10 days cooling period stated on the agreement.

staff on hotline say no penalty, agent say no penalty, technician that come collect machine say no penalty

but just now i found out there's a rm2.5k charge on my 'return bill' given when technician come collect back the machine.

tmr i will call bank ask if i'd been charge

if no, is that possible they might do that,? do they have the ability to charge my card like that? (agreement only agree they can charge me rm85 monthly rental)

if yes, what can i do to safeguard myself?

medical card cost hikes DOUBLE every few years

my medical card from allianz have tendency of huge hike in cost every few years, eventhou i never claimed once/1 sen from them.

i accept and understand the cost raise in term of combating risk and inflation based on age,
but No, the hike we talk here are on top of ALL that.

this is my original Plan: (orange is medical card cost, red is current year/age)

then in just 3 years, they double my cost:

few years later they double again:

from originally rm294 projected (cost of age 31 bracket) to rm1060 now !

their inflation excuses not even makign sense anymore, almost 350% from proposed & agreed plan in 6 years, seriously?

and i expect this unethical practise will happen/price hike again soon in just few years

hope to hear from other medical card user, is other company 'protect' their insuree like this as well?

if so, what can we do? this is definitely not the practise i can quietly suck it up.

business owner need pay sosco for himself?

my uncle is the owner of a company, no problem paying sosco for all his staff

he himself have director salary, i think it's more than 5k,

recently perkeso come check the company and said my uncle didnot carum sosco for himself, the owner.

said new rule since 2016 and my uncle need to pays up the caruman dated back to 2016.

said if there's any disastifaction can appeal later after paid.

so he follow and paid the outdated caruman, but then he receive another letter said also need to pay up the late payment/penalty, which is quite alot. and need to do it in 15 days, else face up the consequence.

sorry this dont sound reasonable and logical at all from employer pov, is this case valid?

medical insurance cost sudden increase 29%

just received a letter from allianz today (2 weewks before payment due!) that my medical insurance cost had increased this year

from previously rm2000 annually to rm2590 annually (29% rise!??)

my policy 1st started age 26, and this year im 32. the cost only start increase this year.

they can increase sesuka hati? then what's the motto of 'buy young so that cost less"

is that normal? im only looking for 36 protection. how come so costly.

what's my option here, can i switch to other ins company? im really fed up with allianz, my another saving plan from them also riddled with many issues.

im having a loan with rhb bank and bought their MLTA, which was provide by their partner, tokio marine

but they only give me a 2 page 'certificate' which had limited, actually very less info and terms written on it.

(^there mention i can request full policy from them, but

i call tokio marine and request, and they say they have no such thing. the certificate is all i can see.

im planning to going to their hq and do request in person, if they still deny my request, how should i proceed? is that normal?
