loan account become dormant during moratorium

I just resume my rhb loan payment this month only to be told that my rhb current account that use to service the loan become dormant after 6 months moratorium.

any way that i can re-activate it without needing to go to bank?

why rhb bank so idiotic. already know most peoples wont touch the loan related account during moratorium still make it auto dormant after 6months?

now have to purposely run to bank during this critical time just to 'topup' rm10 to reactivate the loan account?

been maxis prepaid customer for more than 10 years

every month they forced me to top up, until my balance accumulated more than rm180, then

then i miss my hotlink topup date by half day and they just terminate my whole account and forfeited all my balance

(technically i havent late cause they cutoff my line at 12.00am sharp while my last top up date was actually around afternoon meaning i still have atleast half day)

contacted them via multiple channel, and they just slap same template 'it's in their term'.

they did offer i could get back my no. if i subscribe to their new postpaid plan, to me it just like another trap.

they dont seem to interest in earning from customer through service at all but instead forcing customer in their diff kind charging loop

is this unethical practise happen on other telco as well?
