yesterday, the interviewer told me that one of their best senior female manager just left their company because she found family was more important

and they had to start allover again, for this reason they had to ask me.

but how, if i really have a marriage plan and in fact, i consider my family is more important than my job

shall i speak that straight - forward to my interviewer?
(something like that i always think that people who love one's family are responsible personnels as well)
