Webcam canot be detected

all drivers already installed ( device manager ) .
whenever i try the webcam at msn .. it says that the windows couldnt connect to the webcam and maybe there's another programme using it .

ps: which driver is for the webcam ? wanna try re-install the driver .

Warcraft 3 Lags on Vista

Recently i've formatted my laptop and my warcraft 3 just lags on vista . Sometimes the screen keep flickering too .
I never met this problem when i'm using Win XP (former OS).

Specs : Intel core 2 duo 1.83GHZ
Intel GMA x3100
2 gig ram

warcraft 3 works fine in xp , but not vista ? btw my graphic driver is the latest .

Edit : Reign of Chaos have zero lag .. but after frozen throne is installed .. it lags

Weird Problem

My lappy will get bsod or just hang there if i open w.live msgr. However , i do not face any problems if i didnt open it . I've came across a thread that said i need to uninstall flash and reinstall again . I've done that and also reinstalling w.live msgr , but still cant T_T . anyone experiences this too ?

some of my friends owns black w810i .. black/grey phones are so common nowadays. i'm thinking of getting white.. but the book says white are for girls so which 1 shld i choose
