Monitor no display during PC operation

I facing this problem since last 2 week.Whenever i open pc now, the monitor wont show up any display yet.
Wait untill around 10-20 minute it will suddenly pop up the display.
However now it gettting worst and worst.Today my monitor din show up any display for 1 hours already.
Well possible it have problem from monitor or display card?
Help needed.Thank you.
