Responsibilities:

- Primarily/ responsible for renewal business - Annual Maintenance or Cloud Subscription.
- On-going account planning and management to ensure customer satisfaction, and drive additional streams.
- Identify, develop and recognise new opportunities (cross/up selling) for expanding our solution offering footprint.
- Building and maintaining close relationships with clients C-Suite executives, key decision makers and influencers.
- Provide regular update to the clients on our corporate news, product announcement and product roadmap.
- Working closely with technical team and subject-matter-expert to address customer needs or problems or risks.

Requirement:-

- 3+ years experience in solution selling or client servicing role.
- Experiencing in account planning and management.
-Experience in CRM, Contact Center, and ITSM industry has an added advantage.
- Passionate about customer success and building deep customer relationship.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to access to Senior / C-Level.
- Commercially astute.
- Self-motivated, proactive, critical thinking and drive-to-learn personality.
- University Degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Able to perform the technical lead role in guiding the team during the project implementation.
• Participate in project implementation that involves design and architecting for custom application
development, system configuration, testing and user training.
• Analyze, follow-up and resolve any support enquiries from customers, partners and colleagues.
• Collaborate with the team to identify, troubleshoot and find resolution for technical problems.
• Continuously maintain, improve and share on technical knowledge and explore in new
technologies together with the team.

Requirements:
• University degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• At least of 3 years of working experience in web scripting and software development projects.
• Strong working and technical knowledge in the following areas:
• HTML5 , CSS3, Javascript
• Twitter Bootstrap, JQuery, Angular JS
• AJAX, JSON and Web Services (REST/SOAP) API
• Candidate with working experience in Cloud Computing or ServiceNow platform will be an added advantage.
• Candidate must be independent, have proactive working attitude, passionate in technical skills and results-oriented, and a strong desire to succeed.

• Collaborate with project teams in order to ensure successful delivery of applications
