Hi guys, ive just started getting serious on bulking up recently, but i have a problem.

I need to sort out my diet. I eat 6 times a day, breakfast, break, lunch, tea, dinner and prebed.
On workout days my tea becomes pre workout and i add in a postworkout meal before dinner.

Currently I do not have to worry about dinner and lunch as I consume typical economy rice with dishes.
I have no idea when to eat what for the other timeframes.

These are what I have :
Milk
Eggs
Whole Wheat Bread
Granola bars
Granola cereal
Energy bars
Whey protein
Organic soy powder
Tuna
Yogurt

Can anyone help me about?

Hi all,
sorry to bother you guys and I do know that this question has been repeated thousands of times already but i just need confirmation.
I am leaving for Sgpore this Saturday and will most likely get the Tonelab LE. However if my Gas really goes out of control I might consider bringing an amp back. So the question is, will I get taxed at the customs upon finding my newly purchased amplifier?

Hey guys..i have this problem when installing my newly bought DIR-300 router.
It all went smooth until configuring the router.

Retried and Restarted still no use. Followed everything the setup said.

So fellow LYNers, as you can see I am planning to upgrade and change my current rig [Roland Cube 15x] to something better. I have a few options:

1) Keep the amp and purchase a multi-fx

2) Keep the amp and get stompboxes.

3) Get a new amp.(optional)stompboxes.
-If I do get a new amp i won't have enough cash for a multi-fx.

How would you guys compare a multi-fx to stompboxes? Which is better for a beginner like me to twiddle with? I'm looking to get a versatile rig. Thanks a lot.

All ipod video users out there..how do you guys convert avi or divx into mpeg4 format?and do u hafta go thru itunes?
