http://forum.lowyat.net/ Fri, 17 Apr 2026 10:58:20 +0800 FeedCreator 1.7.2 http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/5225889 We wish to stop subscription of our 2 existing ZOOM PRO paid licensed accounts and then subscribe for 2 new Microsoft Business Basic (Teams) accounts and this 2 accounts will be used by any of our employees (Only for online meeting). <br /><br />If any employee need to host meeting longer than 40 min with more than 2 participants, they login with the same MS Teams account &amp; password on their &#39;own&#39; laptops to schedule or start online meeting. Of course, only 1 employee who is HOST will login, and not all computers login with the same account at the same time. (The rest just join meeting via the link).<br /><br />Our concern is that MS Teams is highly linked with Microsoft Account /MS365, and this may mixed up, or license sharing restriction, not sure if MS account being log-in in many Windows computers. <br /><br />We just want to to use the service for <u>Online Meeting only</u>, not MS OFFICE and we want to replace ZOOM PRO just because MS Teams is cheaper than ZOOM Pro paid accounts.
