Can't Figure it out

Hi,

Wud like to knw whats wrong wif my desktop
can't seem to figure out why my desktop keeps on switching off by itself.
started switching itself off few months back.

it happened when i was playing games so i decided to stop gaming for awhile
but now its shutting off even when i watch youtube or surfing on the web.
but when i turn on my aircond then it will not shut off (but only while im surfing web or watching youtube havent tried games yet)

My desktop spec:

I7-4790
16GB RAM
GTX970 Leadtek hurricane
Silverstone 600W
SSD128GB
2TBWDD

*Update 06/01/2018: when i switch my GPU to my old GTX550TI it seems also turn off by itself, so can be confirmed as PSU problem ?

Hi went for fix and service today, wud like to have opinions on the charges applied and whether it is overpriced or priced normally:-

thigh musles

I use to swim alot and run with bean bags on legs during high school
now at my thighs are bulking everytime i do treadmill

is there a way to shrink the thigh muscles?
i have tried cardio and leg workouts for almost 3 months, treadmills for 30min-45mins at a spd of 12, 4 times a week
but to no success and it seems my calf and thighs just keeps getting bigger
i have cut down on carbs and protein substances

daily diet, caesar salad
breakfast - 2 halfboiled eggs, a slice fo toast wif unsalted butter a cup of milo
lunch - (no mayo, just sprinkled with black pepper), ingredients are baby lettuces, baby tomatoes, homecooked smoked salmon
dinner - sometimes couscous/red rice, steam chicken breast wif salt, steam brocoli + green/red pepper

on cheat days sometimes some carb snacks or fast foods lik chips or dried seaweed but not heavy portion

any advise wud be appreciated

WTA How to start building own desktop?

Hi all desktop sifus,

first of all, i wish to learn to build a desktop and maybe soon become a desktop modder.
How do i begin and where do i begin first?

from CPU to software setups to monitor to SSD, but duno how to begin (all these i research abit but duno how to do it by myself)
budget wise quite flexible but maximum rm4.5-5k

minimally need fps120~, duno what is overclock (shud I know it?), playing AAA games (witcher3 or CSGO or dota2..etc)

any suggestions wud be appreciated
