Fps suddenly drop for 5-10 sec

Anyone encounters fps drop when playing dota2? Other game no problem.(shadow of mordor,witcher 2,skyrim, cs go)

Hi everyone and sifu. My computer having some problem . First problem is when I use oc mode (not on bios) setting using msi gaming app on Windows it passed several time then turn to black screen and my mobo cpu debug light is on. Have to restart it. (Gaming:No matter slot 2 or 4 ram still the same)
Second problem is when I was playing dota 2 my screen suddenly turn into bsod,after I restart it it keep short beep 3 times and keep repeating until I manually pressing on power button to close it. I go google search as they advice remove the cmos battery and RAM for 15 minute . Afterward I fix it back again it still same problem. So I try on another RAM slot it works fine, so today I try change back to slot 2 RAM it works.... Why ?I checked my cpu it around 50-70c,ram 35-40c,gpu 45-70c when gaming. Does me have a bad mobo or anything? I heard the warranty need take around 2-3 week.
My current bios version is 7A34V17 release date 2017-7-31.My computer was bought on june it just pass 3 month. Any suggestions ,troubleshoot or just send to warranty? If really want to warranty the problem notno happening again and how?

Hi sifu.Any idea what's the problem cause it? Back of driving tyre only 1 side.

idle mode SSD is running 45-50 c HDD 33-36c.
why my SSD temperature is so high ? Does this normal ?

Anyone know why is my FPS drop when i playing dota2.... It suddenly drop to 30-40 FPS,after a while it increase back to 80-100 fps... Current using Gigabyte GTX 1050 TI 4GD5 WINDFORCE. Just bought 1 month.

I checked my temperature CPU around 45-60c,GPU is around 40-60c.

My com spec

Hi everyone SIFU,

I'm new to this forum and i need some advice & guide for buying second hand house......The house that i wan to buy was intro by Agent. After i visit the house, second day the agent ask me if i interest the house i should go to the bank find the officer to apply a loan afterward go to Advocates to make a booking fee so the agent won't selling the house to other people anymore...

Finally 2 day pass,offer letter have been arrive to the bank.The officer request me go to bank sign the loan agreement and the bank will fax the document to Advocates as the officer told me like that.

As the lawyer told me i just have to wait the SPA and DOA document done and he inform me go to sign...
Does sign the SPA and DOA together with seller or just alone also can?
What document needed to use for withdraw KWSP for buying first house and how long takes the money will transfer to my bank account?
The house just only 4 year and the tittle is still not yet release as the agent told me. (mixed zone land)

Normally developer release the tittle will take how long ? (for new house)

First Question how do i know the house is under who's name and where to check ?
Second question If really i sign the SPA and DOA document how long will i take the key and transfer the name to me ?
Third question on the last how do i check the house is under my name or not ?

Please feedback and sorry for my poor english....
