To be a little more human every day.
That means:
•	Explaining things more clearly (especially calories, sugar, sodium — I know you care about those 😉)
•	Being more patient when people are confused or stressed about health
•	Giving advice that’s realistic, not “perfect-world” stuff
•	And helping people feel less anxious about food, not more

Basically: less fear, more understanding, better habits.

What about you — got a 2026 resolution brewing, or still deciding? 🌱

From ChatGPT 😆

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

I know some are failed to challenge, never bother about eating healthy at all.
ASUS launches Radeon RX 6500 XT and RTX 3050

ASUS launches new wallet-friendly Radeon RX 6500 XT and RTX 3050 graphics cards

ASUS is expanding their scope of 1080p-focused graphics cards with the launch of its AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 cards, both of which were recently announced at CES 2022. Specifically, ASUS is introducing the Radeon in Dual and TUF Gaming card flavours, while the RTX 3050 will see release through ASUS's ROG Strix, Dual and Phoenix lineup.

AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT
The Dual RX 6500 XT card with Axial-tech fans.

Starting off with the Dual RX 6500 XT, it's a compact two-slot card that balances both quietness and efficient cooling. Front-and-centre are two Axial-tech fans that improve airflow and dual ball fan bearings to improve fan longevity. For noise-reduction, the Dual features a 0dB mode, which stops all fan activity when the GPU's temperature hits 52 degrees Celsius and below.

The TUF Gaming 6500 XT, meanwhile, is a 2.7-slot card that also features Axial-tech fans, along with Aura Sync RGB and dual BIOS for recovering from failed overclocks. Like the Dual, it also has a focus on reducing fan noise, with the fans set to spin only when the GPU hits 57 degrees Celsius, and stop when it cools down to below 50 degrees Celsius.

Of course, with the TUF cards, you can also expect a focus on durability, with the cards having passed a 144-hour validation program.

As for the 6500 XT itself, the chip has 4GB of GDDR6 memory, with 1024 stream processors. The reference speeds for the 6500 XT are a 'Game Frequency' of 2610MHz , which is the clock speed you can expect while running typical games, and a boost frequency of 2815MHz. If you need a little bit more speed, both cards are compatible with ASUS's GPU Tweak II software for tuning.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050
The ASUS Phoenix RTX 3050 will feature a more minimal design, topped by only a single fan.

The three RTX 3050 cards that ASUS is announcing each have a niche that it wants to tackle. Beginning with the ROG Strix 3050, it's a 2.7-slot, triple-fan card that features a heatsink design that uses ROG's MaxContact heat spreader, which should improve passive cooling. The Strix 3050 will also feature nine-blade Axial-tech fans to accompany that. There's also compatibility with Aura Sync RGB.

As for the Dual and Phoenix cards, these are designed to retain performance and cooling efficiency while making them as compact as possible. Like the Dual RX 6500 XT, the Dual RTX 3050 is a two-slot card that features two Axial-tech fans and a 0dB mode, while a special coating on the Phoenix 3050's PCB ensures better reliability and resistance against short-circuiting from debris.

All three cards will have the chip's full 8GB of GDDR6 memory, with NVIDIA giving the 3050 a base clock of 1550MHz and a boost clock of 1780MHz. The Strix and Dual will come in vanilla and overclocked flavours, while the Phoenix will not receive an overclocked version.

Availability and pricing
There's no word from ASUS on the exact pricing of both the Radeon and GeForce cards, but the former will be available from Sim Lim Square authorised retailers and selected system builders from Jan 20, while ASUS only mentions 'End January' for the latter NVIDIA cards.

Source

Nvidia announces RTX 3090 Ti FE

https://www.theverge.com/2022/1/4/22866454/...-price-ces-2022

Nvidia announces RTX 3090 Ti with faster memory and performance

Nvidia is announcing a new flagship GPU today, the GeForce RTX 3090 Ti. While the wait continues for Nvidia’s Ampere successor, the RTX 3090 Ti is here to prove Nvidia can still squeeze more performance out of its existing 8nm GA102 chip.

Nvidia is only teasing the RTX 3090 Ti today, and it’s the familiar-looking triple-slot design we’ve seen on the RTX 3090. Both cards may look identical, but inside, the new RTX 3090 Ti will include 24GB of GDDR6X running at 21Gbps. That’s the same amount of VRAM as the RTX 3090 but with a nearly 7.7 percent faster memory clock, providing additional performance for 4K gaming and AI tasks.

Nvidia says the RTX 3090 Ti will also include 40 teraflops of GPU performance, around 11 percent faster than the RTX 3090 with 36 teraflops. There’s also 78 teraflops for ray tracing and 320 teraflops for AI tasks. Nvidia hasn’t detailed base and boost clocks, but it certainly looks like the RTX 3090 Ti will be around 10 percent faster than the RTX 3090 on paper.

Just how much this extra performance will impact power requirements isn’t clear yet, either. Rumors suggest the RTX 3090 Ti could require a 1000W PSU, with a TDP of 450 watts. If accurate, that’s 100W more than the RTX 3090 in terms of power draw and a big bump to the 750W recommended PSU.

All of these numbers mean very little without game benchmarks or pricing, though. Nvidia isn’t sharing these details today, so we’ll have to wait on detailed reviews to see how well this card performs against the RTX 3090 and AMD’s Radeon RX 6900 XT. Given the RTX 3090 debuted for $1,499, we wouldn’t be surprised if the RTX 3090 Ti launches around the $2,000 mark.

Nvidia is promising more details on the RTX 3090 Ti later this month.

EVGA's goes MAX POWER, rumoured RTX 3090Ti

EVGA's RTX 3090 Ti KINGPIN reportedly features two 12-pin PCIe power connectors

Rumour has it that Nvidia's launching an RTX 3090 Ti graphics card soon, and that means that EVGA will soon have a new flagship-level graphics card. If Nvidia launches an RTX 3090 Ti graphics card, EVGA will need to create a new KINGPIN series GPU, and rumour has it that it will be a incredibly powerful graphics card.

Videocardz, citing a report from QuazarZone, has claimed that EVGA's RTX 3090 Ti graphics card will feature a new PCB design and a new shroud design, making their new kingpin more than a "refreshed" RTX 3090 KINGPIN. The graphics card reportedly features two PCIe 5.0 12-pin PCIe power connectors, giving the graphics card access over 1,000 watts of power, at least theoretically.

EVGA's RTX 3090 Ti will reportedly feature a similar MSRP as its RTX 3090 counterpart, arriving with a moderate price increase. The graphics card is said to feature a similar 360mm AIO liquid cooling solution, and require a new Hydro Copper water block design. The GPU is said to be launching in March 2022 at the earliest, with EVGA's existing RTX 3090 KINGPIN being discontinued after the RTX 3090 Ti's launch.

Nvidia is expected to reveal new graphics cards at CES 2022, which may include their long-rumoured RTX 3090 Ti.

Source

ASUS Demonstrates DDR5 to DDR4 Converter Card

What do you think 🤔

One of the key issues with purchasing a modern Alder Lake system today is the cost of the memory, especially when an enthusiast wants to use DDR5. Due to component shortages, particularly the power management controllers that each DDR5 module needs, costs of DDR5 are quickly rising, with some scalpers looking for $1000+ for basic memory kits. The solution to this has been to recommend that users look to pair Alder Lake with DDR4 memory, which although it isn’t the latest, is the more cost effective scenario. The downside to this solution is that the user has a DDR4-only motherboard, and not the next generation DDR5. That might become a solved issue soon enough, however.

who I believe is an ASUS ROG employee, the company has been working on a solution to allow users that buy ASUS Z690 motherboards built on DDR5, to run DDR4 in them. Because Intel limited the platform to either DDR5 or DDR4 per motherboard, there’s no way to run both, until now. In the video, Bing describes the new add-in card they’ve been prototyping.

https://www.anandtech.com/show/17136/asus-d...-converter-card

Hi all!

IF you’re encounter, the Asus Z690 MOTHERBOARD issue?

1. Enter BIOS utility mouse cursor moving super slow or lagging.
2. Slow boots up or keep hang up when post on VGA BIOS.
3. Code 64 and display BIOS is updating OLED/LED firmware.

Resolve with BIOS battery is an removed for BIOS reset, after these everything is back to normal.
But after few more rounds shut down the pc, the issue were back again.

Please try to replace the BIOS battery, so far mine was resolved with new BIOS battery replacement.

Hopefully it’s work for you.
