change 195/60R15 to 195/55R15

i am considering changing the tire size from 195/60R15 to 195/55R15

my car is Avanza 1.5, the stock size is 185/65R15

any PRO can answer me, i knw the size is reduce more thn 3%, speedometer wont be accurate, any other non safety effect???

source(input)>PC(store/record)>TV(output)

i am a newbie here

as the topic said, when i turn on my pc, when it reach the WINDOWS loading screen, my pc restart, the same thing happen when i try to restart my pc.

i login to safe mode and delete my graphic card driver, it works! i can login to windows properly but without graphic card driver

my graphic card is MSI Nvidia 5600
