As i live in segambut kuala lumpur, i should put segambut as city and state as kuala lumpur, or both put as kuala lumpur? because i have do research about segambut, kepong those are not city , they are only sub-district. But many people say is i should put segambut as city to not duplicating the answer of kuala lumpur.
