hi guys... i just entered my new job as smt assistant engr in PCBA company. Its been 2 weeks since joined. When i researched in jobstreet, there are very2 few vacancies for this smt field for me to apply in future and i heard that the increment is quite low here...is it normal for every company to have low increment? should i search for other job?

I just attended interview with one telco company for engineer position. The interview went well but at the end I messed it up by asking "what do u like the most about working here?" when interviewer told me to ask questions. He then said i am too calculative and bash me up. I didnt even thought it was wrong to ask about it but i felt i didnt pass the intv. Is there anything should I do to reconsider? fresh grad here btw

Hi guys, I would like to resign from my company because i feel the job is not suitable. Am fresh graduate and its been 7 months. I emailed to my boss and he said hold on with the resignation and he will allocate to another project. I'm applying for other jobs but its been 1 yr since complete degree. What should i say when attending interview later? and how bout the notice period thing? should I resign first and apply other job or stay in this job while looking for other job? Im abit confused now

i have been working as fresh graduate engineer since last year august, underwent training for 4months from august to november. The company is foreign co. Training is conducted online focused on computer engineering programming. The thing is i became fedup on it after certain time cuz i dun understand what their teaching and now my boss ask me study back certain programming topics. When i ask foreign colleagues who just joined with me, they say dont know. next month is aldy 1year since complete degree...my boss is expected for me to enter project but im not proficient in programming since i dun understand most of it. What should i do? Trainer is foreigner. Am bit worried on my future. I also tried to ask my senior, they say study back but i dont even understand actually.

britay mystep technical programme

Hi guys, i receive offer from britay for ir4.0 mystep technical training with 2k salary. first 3 mths soft skill training followed by 6 months ojt at manufacturing industries. I would want your opinion because after 3months soft skill training contract, im not being contracted with any parties for 6months. So, im staying at johor and they say if i get other job i would be let go after 3 months. They said i can suggest to britay to engage companies at johor because i feel that i couldn't afford with 2k deduct with epf sosco etc staying at other states such as penang, kl etc. so what should i do? accept or decline? if britay couldnt engage with johor based companies, instead giving company at kl, it will be burden for me with high living cost. is it worth it?

Hey guys...Im a fresh graduate...had worked with one subcon without offer letter from mid april to end of may and suddenly my boss said to take 2 weeks leave due to mco. After 2 weeks he terminated me because he has no job to give at the factory and he say keep me also nothing...Im not racist or wat but while at the factory I didnt do much and the another worker is just repairing machine which is more to mechanical. Im electronic based and they didnt teach me or train me. they expect me to do the job straight....how the world i would do it right...and here i havent receive may salary yet while my boss keeps saying next monday la while i insisted him..now back to being unemployed again and feeling frustrated about it need to find job again....first he gave notice on 14 of june that i was terminated by whatsapp and agreed to pay me on 24/6 but didnt...then i messaged him and he said last wk monday but still no salary till now....should i report to pejabat buruh? no black and white shit...i insisted for offer letter back then but he say busy...but that moment if i bout to leave halfway, need to find job which is hard due to mco..thats why

I am final year in Electronic Engineering student. I am really passionate in aerospace field since I was a young kid. Are there opportunities for my background into aerospace companies in Malaysia and Singapore? I had researched in web on few companies such as CTRM, Honeywell Avionics, Spirit Aerosystem and many more. Had also tried for Airasia cadet pilot but failed. Do they accept my degree because away from aerospace engineering?

Pls clear my doubt.

Just saw ad in utmspace fb page this afternoon.Full time course studies at UTM Skudai.The good thing is this prog is direct entry through utm website application.The whole course is 72k for 4yrs but for ptptn they do not cover full when i contacted for engineering.Wanna ask, is there any degree students part timer there? is Utm space good? Btw looking forward into electrical electronics.
