Hello, our renovation is almost completed and I'm eager to get someone to start working on the garden lay fresh new grass on the barren/weed area, and maybe some advise on planting some shrubs/trees.

SPC Vinyl flooring for kitchen

Is it a good idea to lay SPC flooring throughout the kitchen? I am doing up the floor and was considering of having the same flooring all across. I am a "little" concern about spills and whatnot seeping through the pieces but was assured that it wont be a concern, especially if the puddle/spill is cleaned up as soon as possible.

Just looking for inputs for those who has done it for their kitchen, thank you.

Changing staircase railings

Hi there, I intend to change my existing staircase railings from glass/stainless-steel to mild-steel/wooden handles. The existing SS started to show patches of rust.
My contractor quoted RM9500 for the new railings (- I honestly do not know what price range is reasonable but this seemed very high to me.
The other option recommended was to remove the SS and have it powder coat with paint, which I have read does not last and there is a high chance the paint will peel over time. This option was quoted RM4500.

I'm looking for someone who has similar experience to changing new railings, how much you paid so I could have a reference, if you'd be kind enough to share the contact please.

Standalone Range Cooker options

Hi - I'm looking for feedbacks if anyone has purchased and is using the Electrolux EKM9689x. Is it a reliable stove and oven? Particularly the stove ignition and oven's temperature is consistent?
I have not been able to find much review of this model at all.
So far have only seen the actual unit in TBM and the sales person couldnt tell me anything about it.

Anyone with inputs about this model, or any other you're using will be much appreciated. Thank you!

Standalone Range Cooker options

I'm looking for feedbacks if anyone has installed standalone range cookers with electric oven - what brands did you end up with and how was the reliability?

What are the stores that carries these ranges in display? I haven't had much luck in the past visits, managed to go to TBM (saw only the Electrolux EKM9689x). Hoe Huat (GLEM Unica G, and Delonghi (forgot the model)).
I'm curious about brands like Faber, Ariston, Belling in terms of their price, reliabilty and after sales support.

Delivering twins at govt/semi-govt hospital

Can anyone share their experience of delivering multiples in either government or semi-government hospitals in Klang Valley?
I'm particularly trying to find out which of these have comprehensive NICU facilities.
