            <title>Abnormal Data Charges</title>

            <description>First of all I would like to say I&amp;#39;m disappointed to Maxis nor Hotlink. During last month (10/11/2018) my mom&amp;#39;s old phone spoiled so she consider to switch to a new phone (both of the phone are android) but during the switching process she need to replace her SIM to Nano-sim so I help her to replace the SIM through Maxis Kiosk system and it&amp;#39;s pretty fast and easy. Previously she is using non 4G SIM which means she entitle for free 4G SIM replacement but after changing to new 4G SIM horrible things happen which she will get charge for using data every certain period of time even data is turn off and I even triple check all those setting to confirm there&amp;#39;s nothing wrong with all setting included Emergency Broadcast Channel, MMS auto recieve and also try to stop all possible 3rd party (as you may refer from screenshot label as &amp;quot;Premium SMS&amp;quot;).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After struggling for any possible solution so I visited nearest Maxis Center to seek for help and one of the staff told me there is only 1 solution to fix it which is upgrade to newest Hotlink Fast plan came with free basic internet.             <title>Regarding to thank you surprise</title>

            <description>Recently I would like to subscribe for the UniFi package but TM told me there is no more available port in my Taman. After doing the web search and found out that in Lowyat that help me alot regarding to getting port by make complaint to the MCMC. So I did it and have a success installation &lt;b&gt;before 28 Feb 2017&lt;/b&gt;. At first I&amp;#39;m very happy with that but come to the 1st of March 2017 TM disappointed me again they said I was not eligible to get the free speed upgrade? And I&amp;#39;m what the? Why don&amp;#39;t they told me before I get registration? Due the promotion of &lt;b&gt;Free Speed Upgrade&lt;/b&gt; so I prefer TM rather than Maxis Fiber but now TM cant offer me the &amp;quot;free speed upgrade&amp;quot; and  I feel I being cheated by TM so I try to open a thread to identify whether there is another party face the same problem like me. Is there possible to make complaint again to MCMC regarding this problem?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The package that I sing up UniFI Advanced with speed of 30mbps download and 10mbps upload speed, during the period that I sing up the &lt;b&gt;so CALLED promotion extended to 28 FEBRUARY 2017 with Free Speed Upgrade&lt;/b&gt; package but I&amp;#39;m not eligible to get those free speed upgrade.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href='http://i.imgur.com/90XbJyX.png' target='_blank'&gt;http://i.imgur.com/90XbJyX.png&lt;/a&gt; &lt;br /&gt;This is what I get from them so I try to contact online customer service to check out the problem.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is what the answer they give me&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href='http://i.imgur.com/39EUBBI.jpg' target='_blank'&gt;http://i.imgur.com/39EUBBI.jpg&lt;/a&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href='http://i.imgur.com/dBEK71i.jpg' target='_blank'&gt;http://i.imgur.com/dBEK71i.jpg&lt;/a&gt; &lt;br /&gt;What is so call technical availability just a speed upgrade it is not possible cannot do that right?
