I&#39;m tottaly clueless when it comes to hardware, a &#39;tech savvy&#39; friend took a look at my CPU and recommended me a 9600 GSO.<br /><br />After some research on the web , im not too sure if the card will run on my PC. <br />Pc specs : Dell Dimension9200 , 2gb ram , Vista , Intelcore 2 6400 @ 2.13<br /><br />Firstly, being the noob that i am , i&#39;m clueless about my motherboard&#39;s model and its compatability with the card. I&#39;m currently using an ATi x1300 Pro that came bundled with it. My dell provided PSU is only 375W. Is it safe to go ahead with the graphics card swap withouth upgrading my PSU. I&#39;ve already busted my brains trying to find a suitable card, dont wanna do the same with a power supply. <br /><br />If the 9600 GSO isnt suitable for my rig. What would be a better option.<br /><br />Any feedback would be appreciated.
