Details of the complaint : jimmylkw86 sold me LG viewty and claim there is problem free and good working condition, after i tried the phone on the spot while c.o.d, everything seem to be fine, but once i get into the car and leave the place, the phone off already, so when i went back home, i tried to fully charged the phone. After fully charged, the phone will auto-off after snap few photos, i sms to the jimmylkw86 regarding this issue, and he told me the battery don't have any problem and it can stay 2 to 3 days. So i tried to fully charged for second time but the result was same, i sms and call him today, but he refuse answer my call and reply my sms, just to warn the lowyat.net forummer to beware of this guy, irresponsible seller.

I usually take out the battery and plug in the adapter to run my laptop, but today morning i realise my laptop can't on at all while plug in the adapter, no response at all while i press the on/off button. After that i plug in my battery and try to on the laptop, the indicator light is light up but still can't on.

May i know roughly how much i have to prepare for repairing and most probably what problem it is?

BTW, i never switch off my laptop since yesterday night, is it possible heat problem?

Beware of WQJ 8687 (motorcycle), this fellow break my dad's van and steal the stuff inside. As my dad working as contractor, so he keep all his tools in his car, this fellow ride his motorcycle(WQJ 8687) break my dad's van today at Jalan Perdana 2/24 - Jalan Perdana 2/25 while he working and stole some tools and few drilling machines which are concrete drilling machine, wall drilling machine, wood drilling machine and tiles cutting machine(NEW in packaging), estimate RM 3k+ lost

So, you guys beware of this motorcycle or can contact me at 017-2828139 when you saw this motorcycle. The number plate is told by some witnesses nearby when they playing badminton, and they shout at him, he faster run away with his motorcycle. Thanks for their help.

I sent an handphone via GDex to penang by last saturday (29.9.2007) but until now the buyer still haven't receive the parcel yet, i call to the GDex sungei besi branch on this tuesday but the staff said need to track the parcel first. Then, wednesday i called again to ask and the staff said pending at penang branch, i called to them several times a day to ask the progressing but the result still same, they only answer me still tracking.

Today morning, one of the staff called me and told me most probably the parcel lost already and blame me why didn't told her inside the parcel is handphone, so they can pay more attention on it then i asked the staff " as a professional courier service company, they should take care on every parcels, right?" The staff laugh and said sometimes depend on luck also.

Then, just now the buyer wants me to pay him back full amount and assume me don't have send the item. And the buyer said is my fault because i choose wrong courier service company and he can't reach the GDex helpline just now but he keep on ask me why, the staff don't have answer his call also my fault? And the buyer also threaten me that want to start a new thread at tradezone helpdesk and claim this is con case, i already sent the item, this also consider con case? At last, he said give me couples of days, if the parcel haven't reach his hand yet, then he want full refund and will check with his lawyer regarding this case

I called to the HQ helpline just now but the receptionist ask me call another helpdesk line, they just push me to here and there.

The main points for this thread are...

1. Can i claim compensation from GDex if the parcel really lost?

2. I received the payment and sent the item via GDex, now GDex lost the parcel and still tracking the parcel, this also consider con case?

I personally feel that is not fair for us because it is reasonable we bump all the threads at the same time. If we keep on bumping all threads at the same time and hog the screen space several times within a day, then that is not fair to all forumers but we are only allow bump the thread once a day, so it is fair enough to bump all the threads at the same time. Besides that, if there is 30 minutes gap between each post each time we bump, it is not fair. Eg: we bump all the threads at 12pm but some of our threads left behind few pages around at 9am. Next, I personally think that many "indirect bump" problems will occur.

it is proton perdana auto....
when start engine( at P mode)...the rpm reach 3000...den when in D mode...around 1200...den when change to N mode....the rpm vy unstable..keep on jump to 2000 and drop back to 1000 den jump back again to 2000.i nvr "tekan minyak"..wat happen?

This fellow send a pm to me at 12.03.2007 10.27pm ask me the best price and ask my contact number....after that we make appointment at 13.03.2007 4pm at kota raya no.1 cafe and he said 13.03.2007 he will hav a meeting at 11.00am will call me after meeting...when 13.03.2007...he called me around 12pm if i'm not mistaken...and tell me wanna c.o.d at 2pm but i hav class at tat time...so i delay it to after 4pm...he said ok...!!! when 3pm sumthing he sms me said tat he hav event at his office ...den i said better b4 6pm and he said he will try his best...so once after class i wait him start from 4pm and around 6pm sumthing i called him...he didn't answer my call after i called him several times...after that he called me and said cannot come due to traffic jam...and send me a sms at 13.03.2007 06.34pm "Ok.Tomorrow 4pm.I'll buy u drink.ok." after that i request add RM20 for transport fee bcoz he ffk...bcoz i park my car at kota raya area (i will take lrt normally but he promise wanna dealing around 4pm so i bring my car to prevent any delay bcoz kota raya at nite quite COMPLICATED)...n parking at kota raya not cheap!!!!!!!!!! I waited him for 2 hours ++...and go back home with ntg...

after 7.30pm sumthing i reached home...i called him bcoz he didn't reply my msg...he promise tomorrow (14.03.2007) 4pm...and willing to add extra RM20!!But i doubt about it and ask him double confirm at 12pm(14.03.2007)

when today 14.03.2007 he didn't call me at all and i sms him around 3pm sumthing...he send sms to me at 14.03.2007 03.31pm "Ivan..Can i bank in 1st coz right now i'm going back to muar. In my mind now is..NOT AGAIN??? den i send my acc number to him and send condolences to his family at 14.03.2007 3.39pm...but i found tat he off the phone oledi....and i try to called him...keep on call him until 14.03.2007 4.19pm...i was d*mn angry and send him a sms at 14.03.2007 04.19p, " Off hp? Wat a big conman!!! Wtf, just f*ck off if dun hav money, dun fooling around! Let the moderator judge u!!! and den tat phone is at my partner there...and i oledi take the fon and full packages from her twice which is 13.03.2007 and 14.03.2007 and end up i didn't sold the phone bcoz syhami ffk me twice sumore wanna f*** ***** cina semua sial and many many many....
