Any shop I can get my 360 repaired?

I bought my xbox 360 in London about 2 years ago. The cd drive couldn't open and I found a fix on the internet saying to use a paper clip and manually open it. I did that, put the disc in, but now it doesn't read it. It's a completely legit console, if you know any trustworthy shops to get it repaired from please post below. I"m afraid if I take it to a random shop they'll replace it with a fake console.

I'd fill the form out but it's only my computer. My brothers and mums are fine.

Anyway there was a storm yesterday so I shut my computer down and a few hours I turned it on and there was no connection. Literally. It didn't recognize the lan wire so I checked network connections and my LAN connection is missing from there so is their a way to reinstall my adapter or driver, whatever gone wrong.. I checked device manager and it doesn't show the adapter there.. Any suggestions?
