Kitchen sink brands

Is the brand of kitchen sink important?
I am just looking for basic SS 304 sinks, probably handmade sink, no nano coating or multifunction. I think 1.2mm thickness is sufficient?

But the pricing is so different among diff brands. I did notice 1mm thickness will be much more cheaper, but not in my consideration.

So far, I have only looked at Sorento, Cabana, Mocha and Levanzo. I have read that Sorento is better than Cabana?
Need some insight from homeowners pls..

Waiver for IWK bill

My parents have some vacant property which have no water meter & air selangor account already closed.
*One was closed coz previous tenant owe around rm900 and the hse is left empty till now

Have anyone tried to ask for waiver for the indah water charges since there's no water usage?
When I called Iwk, the operator told me to get surat pengesahan/water statement from Air Selangor then email them with all relevant documents
Then the operator at Air Selangor also gets confused on what kind of document I need...she told me can get water statement which will state the last payment/billing date...

Am i doing this right? TIA if anyone can share

Just received a love letter from JPJ stating my kesalahan was memotong di sebelah kiri at the main road in Pic 1 where I exit my neighbourhood and turn left.

Normally I would turn into lane 1 or lane 2 and slowly cut into the most right lane/lane 3, so that i could turn right at the traffic light junction.

Out of confusion...is it really wrong since I am cutting from the left which everyone does it? The traffic light turns so fast that it's always jam here during peak hour and everyone coming from the middle lane from below is just cutting in from the left...

I don't mind paying the saman but i do not want more letters coming in the future. I have been doing this for 20 years staying here and suddenly some fella out there decide to report this? I'm srsly confused so how am I going to get to the right lane next time?

Is hotel buffet deal still a thing? I used to buy vouchers online at Fave for cheaper prices but nowadays not much deals available and the places offered are quite pricey too.

Mind to share any tips on getting good deals or any place for hotel buffet lunch/dinner at decent price?

Recommended Ceiling Fan with regulator

I am looking to replace my old KDK ceiling fan.

Is there any recommendation? My budget would be below RM150 if possible.
Just a basic fan will do...is it a good choice if I stick to the most basic design for KDK?

Also come across Eurowind brand which is cheaper...any comments or other brands to consider?

Thoughts on studying CS in APU?

Planning to study Diploma and proceed to CS degree.

After researching awhile, APU seems to offer more CS courses than other uni...am considering cybersecurity in the future.

My considerations while picking this uni:
1. Transportation: ~15 minutes away from my house + no toll
2. Cost: Can get partial scholarship with 10As (8A+)
3. Facility: Relatively new campus so i believe the facility will be quite new

My cousin studied CS in APU and graduated around 2018/2019. My uncle said he was offered a position in BNM but he refused & went bck hometown to continue family business
His feedback is positive but I'm kinda lost after reading the comments in the forum.

I see lots of people recommending Monash. UTAR, MMU and UM in the edu forum while stating APU is not that good anymore.

However the comments are mostly 2021 and before. Need some comments from anyone that could help

Hi all, my late father owns the shares of Boustead Holding at an investment bank.
We didn't sell the shares as the account was blocked after the remisier realize that he is gone.
I contacted her once to ask about this but she ghosted me after.

Just want to ask do we get any refund or the value will turn to 0?
I contacted Boardroom, the person wasn't sure too
*I haven't got the probate, so everything was stucked until I read the news that yesterday was last day to trade

The job scope can be lab testing, qcqa, r&d or any related postions. Please recommend any related companies in case I left out them.

Pharmacy vs Pharmaceutical Chemistry

I am a STPM Bio student and wants to know the differences btw a degree in Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Chem.
I realised that public uni does not offer Pharmaceutical Chem but IMU does.
Is Pharmaceutical Chem more in the manufacturing and industrial sector such as drugs while Pharmacy is prescribing medicine to patients?
Or we will pick up a major after being selected into a Pharmacy degree??
My friend is currently studying Pharmaceutical Chem in IMU but she doesn't even know what's her future career prospects.
Which course will offer a brighter future? Need help pls...
