Can an OKU person join the army?

My brother is 22 and he has slow learning disability and is a bit blur other than that he is completely normal, his parents decided to apply for an OKU card when he was a child but because of that card it has been very difficult to find a proper job.

He has been rejected from multiple part time jobs because they don't want an OKU. And those that accept him will eventually fire him because of his slowness. As a result he stays home all day and has become lazy and rude to my parents.

Now they're considering enlisting him into the MAF in hopes they will train and discipline his attitude and maybe help him do something with his life. But I don't think the MAF accepts OKU, even if they do I'm afraid he might get bullied there. I want to convince them this is a bad idea but I can't think of any other alternative.

Air cooler recommendations?

Hi all, want to ask if anyone here can recommend me some good air cooler products below RM1k. I see alot of different air cooler on Shoppee & Lazada but can't decide. Its really hot to work in my room even with fan at full speed because my window is facing the sun, also the aircond in my rented room has been broken for more than 1 month but my landlord is too lazy to fix it. 😑

Really want something that can lower my room temperature at least a few degrees. Preferably a product that can cool my room for long hours and is not too noisy.

Where to get a GPU at MSRP in Malaysia?

I see in America people can line up at pc shops or wait for official online shop to restock then buy their GPU at original MSRP instead of buying from scalpers.

But do we have something like that in Malaysia? Would love to upgrade my old GTX750 but all I see in Shoppee & Lazada are scalpers prices up to 12k for just a RTX 3070.

Also does anyone know where I can find the official MSRP for GPUs in malaysia?

Best budget case for air cooling?

Not sure if this is the right place to ask but I'm looking to buy a new case because my old case has solid front panel which is bad for my pc airflow and also because my window is facing the sun my room temperature can get quite high sometimes. So can someone recommend me a good budget air cooling case around RM200-300? (Preferably a white case if possible to match my setup. 😅) Thanks in advance.

I tried to look up online but most of the recommended cases I found are not available in Malaysia

I joined my current company a few months ago, I noticed they are not following the 30% capacity office rule. They claim because we are essential service (finance) and also our server is in the office it is impossible to wfh so everyone must come to office. Since then our office have always been 100% capacity since before EMCO. And most staff don't wear mask in office.

Also my company does not allow us to take MC after vaccination instead they force us to use our AL as vaccination leave. And if you are a new joiner you have to take NPL for vaccination.

I'm not expert in company law but I'm pretty sure some of this is illegal in the eyes of the authorities but because my boss is a very strict person and all HR and supervisor staffs are all on his side, I'm afraid to report him openly. So is there somewhere I can anonymously report my company to prompt an investigation?

1 day after my sinovac 2nd dose I got this headache on the right front side of my head like something sharp is poking my brain. Its not like normal headache, the sharp pain will come like every few mins even if I do nothing.

It hurts so much that it makes my right eye close automatically from the pain and make me cannot concentrate on my work or sleep properly at night. Take panadol also don't work, but after get headache medicine from doctor got help a little bit.

Already 4 days since I have this headache but still no change, anyone got experience this side effect? Do I need to go hospital?

Getting my 1st dose vaccine next week. Just want to ask is there any specific things I can or can't do after getting vaccinated?

Like is there food I can't eat? Do I follow a specific diet? If so, for how long? Can I eat panadol if I get a headache? Am I advised to exercise or should I rest as much as possible after vaccination? Or can I just continue my life normally without any worries?

Asking because I can't seem to find any official information regarding this topic

Should I complain about my bus driver?

TL:DR Bus button was broken and missed my stop, got scolded by rude bus driver who dared me to make a complain about him.

Was sitting the bus home from work when it was almost reaching my stop I pressed the bell button but it did not work, I went to another button and it didn't work either. So I went up to the buttons in front (I was sitting at the back) and pressed them till I finally heard the bell noise.

The bus went straight past my stop but luckily there was a traffic light ahead so the bus halted, I went up to the driver and asked if he could open the doors because my stop was back there. He then proceeded to scold me for not pressing the button earlier, I tried to tell him the buttons were broken but he kept cutting me off saying its my fault for pressing the button too late. I was already tired from work so I just told him to open the doors and let me go.

But instead he drove on ahead and dropped me off at the next stop (about 500m away) then he told me to take a picture of his bus ID and car plate and said to go complain if I dare.

So...should I complain about him?

Honestly I'm a bit unsure if I should call RapidKL about him. He seemed really confident he could get away with this and on the other hand I sit this bus to and back from work everyday which means I'll definitely see him again. I'm a bit afraid he might bear some kind of grudge against me

Is my telco weak or is my office walls thick?

In most places I can get LTE signal no problem. But only in my office the connection is so bad its always H/3G, and it drops to E/No signal in the toilet. I work at KLCC btw. (Not very high, like lvl 20 only)

I'm using Umobile GX50 on a Samsung S10, is Umobile coverage bad there or is my office designed to block phone signals?

How to clean cpu without thermal paste remover?

I just bought some thermal paste but the pc store near my house don't sell the thermal paste remover. I tried looking online at Lazada and Shopee but they don't sell also. Is there a substitute I can use to clean the old thermal paste from my cpu? My friend told me use nail polish to clean but I thought maybe I should ask other people first
