Goverment Bearer Bond

Hi,

I would like to know if I can sell my government bearer bond, I have several GBB which is still valid and valuable and also endorse authentic by a professional service company for Authentication and Certification of Historical Stocks and Bonds. My maturity date of document is on Year 2020. My question is, can I sell it now to get face value and who do I need to meet to sell this? Banker? Brokerage? or Private Bank?. There are several Bank from SG call me lately asking for trade service for the bond, but I need to clear view and set the best strategy in term of knowledge and regulation before I can decide to trade off or not.

Dear Esteemed Forummers,

I start-up my biz since 2007 and now I offered to join venture with my factory which is in Asia region (not local), I have 2 mill over draft (OD) from bank and this finance facilities still not enough. After a few times calculation and estimated contingency costing and period, I do need about 15 mill and at least 14 months to cover up, including 20% investor profit.

So, I will have 60% from 100% share and only 2 company will share 60% - 40% share holder. The owner of factory really intent on this and only offer to me to buy their share at the moment, at the same time, got 2 GLC company from our country (MY) try to chase factory owner and discuss to buy some share. But factory owner just offer to me at the moment and will wait for my decision till next month (End of Oct) either agree or to hand over this offer.

This offer is my opportunities that I have been wait for so long, I have good relation with factory and all my client in Malaysia as well. This opportunities will make my company grow bigger as I targeted and my annual profit, gpa will expected almost triple from my current annual profit and gpa. I has a few conversation with my contacts to get their intent to be my investor, amazingly 2 from 5 person I introduce currently show their interest and ready to be my partner as funder/ investor. Of course I need to do presentation and show the true copy of my procurement to gain their trust to invest in my field of biz.

1. I propose to set-up new company which do proper legal share allotment and investor will have 35% share, 60% share to my board member and me as well and another 5% is returner share.
2. Will return 15 mill with 20% profit (value of 3 mill) total 18 mill in 1 year 6 month ( 18 month ).
3. Salary from company each month 10k each member (not deduct tax and etc for our gov proc).
4. 2 times bonus every 2 quarter or decided later. Not less than 5k, nor over then 30k each time.
5. All local company (new set-up as mention), abroad company and factory operation is already calculated and no top up figure/ value of fund will need follow my experience and contract purchase from my client and factory contract purchase to their client for period of 2 years (24 Months)

My problem is, even I have financial facilities, it doest enough and I need to bring investor to invest in this proposal, and actually I can apply SME grant to commit my cost requirement but I don't want to apply because of political and scared will overtake by somebody in SME as I experienced it before (21 mill grant approved but I lost the opportunities and I cancel the grant). So, i looking for private investor, and will share the company percent, work together as a partner even investor just only have to look at the report of shipment. I have 2 investor who are willing and really interest to step in but before I decide, I need to get opinion and advice from everybody, even I don't know you but I think I post this issue in the right section in LYN. My question is...

1. If you're investor, do you willing and interest to invest on this?
2. If you're investor, you knew that this is profit gain and secure as you are board member and also legal share holder, do you will sell and quit after the fund and fund interest return?
3. If you're investor, If after the fund and fund interest return, others board need or inquiry to re-locating the share percent and will lower down your share to 25% from 35% share allotment, do you still interest to work and put 100% effort in this company?
4. Currently, If you have the fund value i mention above, are you interest to invest?

Hello guy's,
I need your opinion and suggestion for helping me to make a survey and choose the right field to invest. For your information, currently I have 3 offer to add value my business course, I'm doing Media Business and own a printing factory.
