Cost for tiles installation

My contractor is wall tiles installation for me.
The size is about 50sqft. He is charging RM10 per sqft for installation.
Not including tiles.

Is it reasonable?

Hi Sifus,

I have any issue and want to ask sifus here about maximum mouse, keyboard and monitor cable length.
Basically these item is located about 7meter away from the PC.
So i'm wondering whether do you need booster to extend the cable or any extender cable is sufficient?

For monitor i'm driving a resolution os 1920x1080.

Can anyone advice or recommend any hardware to solve the distance issue?

I got an issue with my condo where the unit about has water leakage sip into my master bedroom ceiling wall.

Hi Sifus,

Not sure is this a correct sub forum to ask this question.

Recenty, i have rented out my condo. The TNB and syabas is however under my name.
So i've registered to TNB eService and Syabas bill online to monitored the tenant usage and payment.

I'm wondering if once registered to these online services. Will they still issue the physical bill?
Anyone tried before?
Because if the tenant don't received the physical bill, how are they gonna do the payment unless i've to inform the tenant every month. Which is a bit troublesome.

How to draw a adjustable Rectangle

hey, i'm trying to draw an adjustable rectangle using visual C++.
I've try to google for it but hard to find the result because not sure about the search keywords.

What i try to program is to enable to draw a rectangle on an image. After the rectangle is drawn, the rectangle should also be adjustable such as, move the rect & resize it via their anchor point of the rectangle corners.

maybe anyone can direct me for the search or provide me some solution to it.

hey,

yesterday i spotted 2 black color aston martin with gold and white stripe of vinyl at LDP (Putrajaya heaeding to Puchong). The color and the sleek lines of this car is damn chun. i notice the side window of the car is slightly different. Looks like for racing type. Seems like the windows are not movable, center of it got another small window.

Anyone spotted it as well? wonder what this 2 cars are for..

Problem details
Problem description: Cannot connect to internet with wireless/cable if connected to Gigabyte B46B wireless router. It shows connected but it said is an "unidentified network" something like tat. No problem connecting cable direct to modem (Billion Bipac 5112s)

Dear Networking sifu,

Pls help. My fren house have this Biliion Bipac 5112s modem router and a wireless router Gigabyte GN b46B. The previous tenant setup the configuration but already move out. So can't ask for their help.

Previously my laptop can connect thru the wireless network to online. But after one time, wireless or cable to the wireless router still cannot connect to the internet accept using cable direct to the modem. The network icon just show "Unidentified network". By the way, i'm using vista home basic.

Any sifu pls teach me the settings need to be done in order to solve this problem?

but have no idea why is the default gateway is 192.168.10.254?
aren't usually jusy 192.168.1.1?

My preference:

CPU : C2D/AM2x2
Cooler : Any
RAM : 2G (PC6400) at least
Motherboard: No particular, i nvr OC and dont think i'll do any SLI or crossfire
Hardisk : 160GB or more, SATA
DVDRW : Any, SATA
GC : 8800GT/ATi3870, if budget not allow, the next best thing i guess.
P.Supply : Any
Casing : any
