Kancil 12v Black wiring at dashboard no power

As per the title... I don't know where to ask except here, hopefully someone knowledgeable able to help me on this...
Bought a Kancil 660 1997 (pre-facelift) and the dashboard clock is working. Door lamp also working. After two weeks the clock suddenly didn't work, door lamp not sure because always turn off.
Then afterwards I change the cd player (original one is stock kancil cassette), after pasang noticed that the CD player not working at all. After 1 hour, I found out the issue:
3 power wires, one black which is batt 12v, one blue which is ignition 12v (acc), then one brown for ground.
Then the black wire somehow no power at all, I have to sambung black together with blue only then the player working. Which also means when engine turn off, the player no power at all, so the player memory like the settings and time all gone.
Then I check the door lamp, not working pulak! Bulb still working not yet faulty.
I check the dashboard clock wire, cause it connect parallel to the cd player wiring for power, and really only the blue one got 12v, black no power.
Any sifu know what's the problem or where to check this black 12v cable? I aldy check the fusebox all fuse still working. Thx in advance...
