Adware and malware just keep coming back

Hi guys
Please help me with this problem.
My laptop recently infected with adware and malware.
Due to my carelessness.

Now my google chrome keep direct me to a start up page of a virus website
Also, my computer just keep installing applications automatically.
Virus applications with weird names.
Amulec, bikaQ whatever to name a few.
Youndoo etc.

Also, it seems that as if my computer now have a lot of weird name folders everywhere in the system
my windows start up is so slow now sometimes unresponsive

I tried google about this.
I already downloaded adwcleaner from malwarebytes, i also already used adware removal tool by TSA, i am using AVG free version antivirus which is suck and i already used hitmanpro free trial.

They all detected many things here and there.
And I used all of them to clear everything.

BUT IT DIDNT SOLVE ANYTHING!
This is weird.
When I restart my PC, those virus will come back and haunt me

Please help.

May I know as to why my search results on Google always shown websites from Indonesia?

I am using my smartphone now. This also happens when i am using my laptop.

Is there any way i could change it to say, Malaysia? Or even international search results?

WTA about Graphic card Driver

have this ancient laptop I’m currently using. I tried playing runescape and like the game just keep saying i have my graphic driver outdated. I tried checking around. But it was confusing af. Like my ancient laptop is just a really low end laptop like the graphic card is just Intel HD. With Intel Core i3 M350 processor if that’s matter. And like my driver version is like 8. something and a version from 2010 i believe. SO…someone help please. 😢 I have no idea what to do.

Aside from runescape, i could not run nox emulator.

Hi can someone please help me
it seems that some of the applications in this old laptop i am using mentioned that my graphic driver is outdated.
I tried to just click check for driver update on my laptop but it says that my driver is up to date.
I am not tech savvy so i am not so sure.
please help me.

Just basic graphic card.
