Where to repair Viewsonic VX3276-2K-MHD

I bought the Viewsonic VX3276-2K-MHD monitor in 2020 in the beginning of the pandemic to use for work at home. It was great for work use and I love to be able to split the 32 inch 2k screen into 2 panes and do work side by side. I used it between 4 to 8 hours a day, and this usage is even less after the MCO.

In 2023, while working on it, it suddenly shut down, screen blank and buttons unresponsive. Luckily it was barely still under the 3 years warranty, I wrote to Viewsonic support for RMA, and they offer a 1-to-1 swap and within a week I got the replacement unit. I was given a brand new unit in an unopened box and I was ecstatic to get it.

Today in April 2025, the exact problem happened again. I suppose I cannot claim for RMA since it now 5 years since I purchase it. I can just assume that this model is never meant to go beyond the 3 years warranty, and even for the replacement unit, I only get 2 years. I realize I got it cheap (less than 1k) and I got what I paid for.

My question is can this VX3276-2K-MHD be repaired, and if so, where can I get it repaired? If not, I will just send it to the recycle centre or put it for sale at Carousell.

Does anyone know where I can get an AC or USB powered enclosure/cabinet exhaust fan. I need at least 10 units, at 100CFM or more. Overall dimension should be no more than 200mmx200mm.

I have a computer lab setup that places the CPU in a cabinet but after while the cabinet interior becomes very warm, and the PCs become over heated. The cabinet has plenty of holes for natural ventilation but somehow the air don't get moving. I hope to rig one or two of these fans into each of the cabinet wall to solve the over heating problem.

I need a real working DVI-D to VGA converter urgent.

I noticed plenty simple ones out there in the internet selling for RM15. It looks flaky since I know DVI-D dont carry analog signals so such simple device wont work.
