Best way to park money in GBP?

Hi all, with the pound crashing amid the recession in the UK, I am trying to convert MYR to GBP with the intention of converting it back in the future.

I have never had to transfer large sums of money before. From what I have researched, Wise has the best exchange rates and fees compared to Sunway money or other remittance services. Are there cheaper ways to to do this? Is it worth looking into opening a Forex broker account?

I am currently living in the UK and have a UK bank account.

Is there a demand for architects?

Hi , aspiring architect here.
I am currently waiting for my spm results in 1 month time, was wondering what is the demand for architects in malaysia now and in 10 years. Is there hope for me to cari makan later

I have often been told that architects work a lot and often stay up late (or sometimes not sleep altogether) to meet project deadlines but the salary is quite low compared to the amount of work they do, is this true?

I do not want to regret my choice in uni later and when I start working. Will i be working 50hrs a week and earning only rm2k a month :S Am I better off studying engineering ?

Would appreciate help especially from those working in the construction field
