I was wondering which one is better. Some of my friends say secondhand is better but some also say refurbished phone is better. Thus, merujuk kepada perkara di atas, refurbished or secondhand phone?

I came across this product (Tianshi Nutrient Calcium Powder) that claims it can increase your height if you consume the product. Is this product legit or just a gimmick? Will there be any health consequences if someone consume it?
