Role:
DR Coordinator to Coordinate (schedule, plan and execute) Regional DRP/BCP exercises and conducted at least twice a year (including Live tests) for the purpose of regulatory reporting for existing systems and implementing new DRP plans for systems which needs enhancing.

• Co-ordinate annual Regional DRP/BCP testing for all applications and follow up on outstanding issues
• Understand Regional DRP/BCP framework and work with users on requirements
• Conduct Regional DRP/BCP awareness training for users
• Maintain all Regional DRP/BCP plans to ensure up-to-date documentation at all times
• Assist in scheduling meetings for DRP/BCP Services
• Manage the day-to-day DRP/BCP services
• Liaise with Regional users and business units on new and/or existing DRP/BCP implementation
• Able to determine RTO/RPO and ensure compliance
• Review Regional DRP manuals, practices and IT BCP manual
• Prepare Regional DRP/BCP reports for submission within timelines

• 2 years working experience in DRP/BCP role
• Strong inter-personal skills
• Good at problem solving
• Possess good written and oral communication skills
