Some key functionalities we require :-<br /><br />1. Forum that has the ability to control content at different levels.<br />2. Simple Knowledge Base to store documentation<br />3. A Blog<br />4. Member login function<br />5. Content entry page and summary tracking function - each user should be able to &quot;post&quot; a specific data in formats allowed, it should post into a main section. User&#39;s also have a summary tracking (etc. how many entries, totals, number of positive feedback, so forth)<br /><br />We may extend this requirement if the candidate can deliver more. Naturally, budget can be discussed.
