Budget Laptop for Gaming + Rendering

Good evening everyone. I need help to decide a laptop for gaming + rendering (as I do bring to college too)

Here's detail about my budget:

Budget price: RM 3000 - RM 4000 (if more than Rm4000, I'll consider again)
CPU: Intel i7 (if possible 7th Gen)
Graphic Card: Nvidia GeForce 9/10 series
HDD: If possible HDD+SSD (if cannot, either one)

I'm thinking to consider HP laptop (since they have Dual HDD+SSD), but according to my friend, their customer service is very lousy + their hardware is not too good enough.
