Hello, suddenly today afternoon my internet went down and the link light isnt blinking. Only 2 lights which is lan2 is stable and auth light blinking. Any help?

Suddenly my internet went off and i am getting DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET error. I think my DNS got messed up but I didn't even change the DNS. May i know the default DNS for the unifi? I tried resetting router and setting 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as dns but not working. Thanks in advance

Hey Lowyat,

I am using HyppTv EC6108V8 and day before yesterday I got a message that I got upgraded to Varnam Plus pack. I restarted my set top box after that and I don't know what went wrong I am getting service unavailable error after putting my credentials. I tried network diagnostic tool and it fails only at multicast connectivity. Can anyone help me or any workaround?

Unifi Wifi Disconnecting on S8

I am having Unifi 30mbps with default router andI am currently facing wifi disconnecting issues on Galaxy S8. The problem is that it keeps on disconnecting from the wifi. Any help or fix for this problem?

Hi, I am going to apply for a new Fibre connection at my new home and I want to know that should I go for Time Fibre or Unifi? I think Unifi is bit slow even on 30mbps so wanted reviews on Time Fibre. TIA

Hello, I am facing issue with my Unifi 30MBPS package. The browsing is really slow in apps like facebook,instagram whatsapp etc. Sometimes Youtube videos also buffers. My default router and modem is not far from me as its a single room accomodation tht i am living in. Speedtest 2.4ghz also shows only 8-9mbps and 5ghz is showing 28mbps but still slow. Any fix would be appreciated.

Hello, I am subscribed to UNIFI. My Hypptv was working fine and suddenly when I came back home i found that it doesn't work. I restarted the hypptv and made sure lan 4 is set to provide connection to hypptv. The menu and settings if fine but when i start to stream channels, it says hdmi no signal. The HDMI connection is fluctuating in streaming but working fine in menus. Any help?

Slow Apple Downloads

Sorry for bother, I am facing slow download speed while downloading apps in AppStore or Downloading from iTunes. It is same for downloading ios firmware too. Using Unifi 30mbps, Contacted Apple but everything is normal at their end. It was working fine 2-3 days ago but now facing slow speed issue. Other large file downloads are fine but only download from Apple. Works fast on Umobile Lte but only slow at unifi30mbps. Anyone else facing same issue?

[B] Hello, since yesterday I am facing slow download speed on my Unifi. The speed is really slow like 50-60kb/sec for downloading on both wireless and lan. I tried resetting both router that are provided with Unifi and also asked them to reset port but still the downloading speed is same. I also tried running speedtest.net and the download speed shows 28mbps. Any solution?

*If i need to change router, then which router do I have to replace with the new one? The default grey router or the dlink dir 850 l black router.

*Are there any tutorials online to configure new routers with the unifi connection?

Hi,

I need to disable internet access for some devices at my home and am trying to find Mac Address Filtering in d'link 850 dir 850l but can't find it anywhere. All I can see is the connected devices and it only disable internet access for 2.4GHZ wifi not for 5GHZ wifi. Any solution so I can disable the internet for specific mac addresses for 2.4GHZ and 5GHZ too.

Hello, I am new to this Lowyat forums. I reset my unifi d-link 850l modem as it wasn't working few days back. I managed to get the internet to work again by asking PPPOE username and password and running the d-link setup wizard. The wireless is working fine but my Lan isn't working. Can anyone help me how to make my lan/ethernet work by connecting to any device with lan. I have tried connecting one end of lan cable to all lan ports in d-link850l modem but it does't work.
