Processor or SSD

Hey all, need your guidance here. Which one is better when choosing over processer and SSD. I3 processor with SSD or I5 processor without SSD? I am buying a used laptop, both unit still in near new condition which I will choose one. Looking at I5-7200U without SSD, and I3-7020U which previous owner already put in SSD. As I understand both processors are dual core only, so does SSD really help in terms of performance?

Tq very much sifu.

Landline Call Barring

Hi all,
Visited TMPoint yesterday to enquire about call barring, I was told that Unifi homeline do not have this feature. Any effective way to bar outgoing call if I still want to keep the telephone on to receive incoming call? Or any phone set that come with password or pin to lock and cannot call out? I'm disappointed they do not offer this feature anymore, previously under old line it was called STD block if not mistaken.

TM Fix line rate

Hey members,
I terminated streamyx which came with RM10 add-on for free calls. So now my landline calls will be as per normal rate. May I know how is the call rate now for domestic landline and mobile? Will it still follow distance like before?
Also appreciate if anyone can suggest phones, corded or cordless which can track recent outgoing calls. Thanks a bunch.

PPA1M Versus PR1MA Kuching

Which one is better to buy? What are the pros and cons of both housing?
Currently my situation is as follows. Single and no monthly commitment, therefore technically not much spending. Earning after EPF around RM3200 monthly. I am thinking of only taking 70% loan and paying for 25 years. Is it possible for my current income?

What other suggestions available that is affordable in Kuching? Buying mainly for own stay.

Help with network setup

Hi all, seeking your help for setting up network on our double story building. Situation:
- Unifi router on front desk PC, ground floor, and there are 2 more PC in 2 different rooms on ground floor as well.
- 2nd floor has 10 PC, 5 in room A, 2 in room B, and another 3 in room C.
So, what is the best setup to connect all PC with lan cables, apart from the one that is already connected to unifi? Also may need to prepare for future expansion of a few more PC. Is using switches enough?
Another things worth mentioning is, we need the whole building to have wifi coverage. No drillings involve, because we will just pull cable from downstairs up, and for the rooms, cables can go under the door and will be taped on the floor.

Thx.
