FedEx Custom Clearance Delay (Vape e-liquid)

I bought two ejuices from ejuices.com (US based) with a total of: $66.39.
The sender declared it as vaping accessories. I checked the status and it says that "Clearance Delay". I contacted the local FedEx and they reverted back to me with this document. This is my first time having to declare anything and my first time buying vaping stuff overseas. Can anyone with any experience related to this help me with this document?

Macbook Pro: Replace the aluminium display housing

I have dented/scratched the top left corner of my macbook pro. Everything works just fine, the display itself is in a great shape. I just would like to replace the aluminium housing part. Is it possible to replace the aluminium display housing only. If so does anyone know where I can get it done??

Checked with Machines and it would cost me around RM2000+ as they will automatically replace the screen as well.
Any other alternatives? I have Macbook Pro 13" 2015.
