Damaged wooden floor & toilet waterproof

Anyone knows a contractor who is able to replace damaged wooden floor due to termites? I am looking at changing to tiles. I am on a very tight budget.

For the toilet, is there a way to solve the waterproofing without hacking the whole toilet floor? I have heard of some people using a form of injection.

Please do advise on ways to solve these. These are pictures of the areas to be rectified.

Usb C cable?

A friend of mine is looking for a USB C cable to charge his phone. He has bought 2 before from phone accessories store but they are bad. The first one failed in a week and was not charging his phone properly. The second damaged his battery. He had his battery replaced. Anyone has a good suggestion?

Xiaomi or iPhone?

I'm currently using an iphone 5s. It has been serving me for 4 years already. I guess its time to upgrade because the phone is really slow. Iphones nowadays are really too expensive already. I'm looking for a phone with at least 5.5 inches screen. The 2 choices I'm looking at are the iphone 7 plus and the xiaomi redmi 5 plus. Their prices are really far. Can /k advise?

Things i look at:
1. Good battery life
2. Acceptable camera
3. At least 5.5 inch screen

Work with other company or in family business?

This question has been in my mind for almost a year now. I have been working in my family business for some time now. But at times i still do wonder if its better than working in other companies. Can /k give advise?
