Hi all, wondering if theres any other Landed Garden Villa Home in malaysia (Terrace/ Semi D/ Bungalow), or better yet how to classify a landed home a Garden Villa.

Please help input Project name and the reason why you think its a Garden Villa Home, so far I can think off projects like The Airie, Zenia DPC. Both have direct access to public large garden/greenery (maintain by management) either at the front or back of the house (some units both end). Thanks everyone
