Planning to take up a formal qualification for my guitar playing (electric). Been playing for 15 years already. Just doing this for kicks and to help me focus on practicing. Is it compulsory to attend classes or can I self-study and just sit for the exams? And is rockschool recommended for this sort of qualification? Or are there better alternatives out there?

I've decided to convert 80% of my current savings and also future savings into gold & silver cause I've lost faith in the system. So where do I buy gold/silver at the best rates possible? Should I buy bars/coins or can I just simply buy jewelry and stuffs?

I'm currently on Unifi 50mbps paying RM189 monthly. Contract just ended, should I go ahead and switch to TIME? Aside from HyppTV and landline (which really doesn't matter), is there any other downside if I decide to switch? FYI, TIME is available in the condo I'm staying at.

Hi. I'm a lower 3k player. Been playing since Dota 1 in 2007. Mostly play offlane. Fav hero includes BB, Weaver, Necro & DK. Problem is, I can't seem to get past 3.2K. I can have 10 straight wins going from 2.9 to 3.1++ after which I'll be paired with retarded teammates and lose back all. I can maintain a GPM around 480-500 in every game and at least a 3.0 KDA ratio. So I'm now only hanging around 2.9 to 3.1 How do I overcome this?

Emergency lanes abusers

Current fine of RM300 is not enough for those caught abusing emergency lanes especially during heavy traffic. Gov should impose at least RM5,000 in fine and their database should be linked to CCRIS/CTOS so those who don't pay can get blacklisted. Should also introduce commission system so drivers will be rewarded when making reports with photographic evidence. Every fucking day when I drive back there are always these retards cutting queue in the emergency lane. What's the hurry? Your parents on their deathbed already is it? Or you can't wait to get home and see your ugly wife and retarded children? Fuck...

Salary=31st/1st of each month

As you can see, there's a 1 week gap there. Are they going to charge interest for that 1 week? Is there some kind of grace period or something for the repayment? Credit card for example gives u 21 days before they start charging interest. Is it the same for HP financing?

Hi, I am an intermediate/advance guitar player in the genre of rock & heavy metal. I've been on & off with a couple of bands over the years but we never really got far. It gets very frustrating after some time. Therefore, I'm looking for like minded musicians who are really committed into starting a long term band i.e. to play professionally and maybe record an album someday. Musicians who can spare 2-3 hours a week for practice and not making excuses like "sorry man, can't do this week, i made plans with my dog"-this seriously happened to me once.

Influences: Whitesnake, Journey, Def Leppard, Van Halen, you get the idea....
