Location: Bukit Jalil
Job type: Permanent
Job Shift: 10am - 7pm

MAIN JOB TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Produce call to customer
• Answer calls and respond to emails
• Handle customer inquiries telephonically.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Enter new customer information into system
• Update existing customer information
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Route calls to appropriate resource
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Complete call logs

Basic RM2xxx
1. 5%-12% increment every 3months upon Salary Interview Review by your respective manager.
2. Team Incentive target up to MYR3xx - 5xx every month if target is hit.
3. 1-5 month bonus ( Depending on performance )

Responsibilities: Research Audience preferences and discover current trends.
Create engaging test, image and video content.
Design posts to sustain readers curiosity and create buzz around new products.
Measure web traffic and monitor SEO.
Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.
Train co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way.
Facilitate online conversation with customers and respond to queries.
Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans.
Develop and optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions.

Requirements: Proven work experience as Social Media Coordinator.
Expertise in multiple social media,platforms.
In depth knowledge of SEO, Keyword and Research and Google Analytic.
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
Excellent communication skills in English. (Chinese is added advantages).
Multitasking and analytic skills.
Bachelor in Marketing, New Media or any relevant field.
