To the Malays, ever heard:

If you know, you know. It means something BN government give, we can take. But never vote for them.

Now, the table turned when new 'bulan' guy take over. My father in law, now no longer receive RM500 duit raya from new Adun.
Suddenly a neighbour said they already distribute, then asked my FIL to ask to go to certain people handling the cash.

When my FIL visit the said person, that person asked "Macam mana boleh tau, saya yang handle duit raya tahun ni?"

To those who still pro-Bulan, hoping for yet another wave of 'Malaysia Baharu, Malaysia Harmoni', I suggest don't.

Money can change even the most holiest. For my FIL case, worse than prev-gov era. At least BN people (yes they songlap first, then) ensure everyone get.

New blooming business like Coin Laundry before?

This morning I received a call from an unknown number. The call basically started with a lady introduce their company name, then she said they are having open day this weekend to consult attendees on their business plan.

Their business is DIY Carwash, basically same concept with Coin Laundry, but instead of shop lots, they will build the thing in a gated area like Condo/Apartment perimeter. I ask how much is the capital, she said 20-50K.

Sked scam, I quickly brush it off by asking her to just send me the location, and later if free I might go. She said OK and hung up the phone.
(She didn't ask any RSVP or anything, usually if scam they conlanfirm lock you first.)

The thing is, the call is so random, I didn't ask where they got my number.

Question is: This DIY Carwash is a new thing ah? Got any in KL Selangor area?

P/S: I googled, there is one in JB, RM2 per quick wash, RM5 for complete wash. Coin based, 24hr, nobody monitor.

Secured a RUMAWIP apartment, still in construction

First of all, I'm sorry if I break any rules here in Property Talk.

Last year I've already secured a RUMAWIP apartment. Still undercon, but currently paying installment for 4 months already.

Suddenly there is another property available with much more alluring specs. An 18x65, 4R4B double storey terrace, with just add RM100k from my RUMAWIP price. (for the record, I'm eligible for this new house loan process IF ONLY I've never applied for RUMAWIP loan at the first place).

For someone looking for a place to settle down (not for investment), of course this is a wasted opportunity for me. I've always wanted a landed house as my home.

As we all know, RUMAWIP has this no-sale-or-rent policy. I understand that it's a privilage, not everyone deserves it.

Can I know, somehow, if there is a way I can undo the RUMAWIP and grab that house opportunity?

Last year I spent a good RM40k+ on 3 procedures due to bladder stone. And yes, I'm totally cukur I have a medical card.

...the guy went ustad mode and returned the PS4 to Lazada (or at least that is what he claim lah). Received a lot of puji-pujian comments.
