Osram SVS or PIAA Chrome Mirror?

Guys/Sifus,

Anyone tried PIAA Chrome Mirror before? I wanna upgrade my Waja H1 bulbs and I'm torn between SVS and Chrome Mirror...

Here's the price at Eneos:

Osram SVS: RM69.90
PIAA CM: RM320+

My main concern is performance, not appearance. I've heard of many good comments about SVS, but the salesman insists CM is brighter. Appreciate any feedbacks from users who have used both or either or have better recommendations...(please include price and please don't suggest HIDs )
