Girl as best friend, Possible?

I wondered is it possible to for me and her to be best friends?

*Warning sibeh long background story, i like storytelling, i try to keep it short lah*

We know each other in foundation levels and after that we went to different degree, we do keep in touch along with another friend of ours. For clarity sake, let's name the character of today's topic - C and another female friend of ours - Z. Sometimes the three of us would bowl, squash, tennis and etc. C invited us to her 21yr old birthday party at her home and we attended.

After everyone left her party around 1am, I was the only one left at her home. We were drinking and chatting, and idk how dafuq we went to talk about our past. C had "ji mui or bff" in the past, but after her bff got jealous of her being popular with guys, she left her. After that C was hopeless and afraid of the term "best friend" and due to her strict parenting at home, she don't have many friends to hang with. C considered me and Z as one of her closest friend she had but not bff tier. Later, she mentioned it would be nice to have a male best friend, someone she could depend on if she wanna go to bar and got drunk. That instance had me thinking, maybe i could be her that male best friend she speak of. Since all my bros/bff are studying abroad (active whatsapp but no real life engagement), i don't really have ppl to talk about life.

However, she knows I have a girlfriend and she's afraid of having her male bff's girlfriend to be jealous etc. So I talked to my girlfriend, she was really supportive, knowing all I do was study and exercise and stuff. I haven't gave C a birthday gift yet but I was thinking of gifting her a samsung s9.

Why did I decided to gift her a phone?
1) Because her phone is some budget oppo phone that does not have sufficient storage space for her to play snapchat/bitemoji which she likes to.
2) She likes photography, although she has a camera but a phone camera is much much more convenient.
3) Her home does not have home wifi, their family uses mobile data for internet access, so she spend most of her time at home watching movies with her phone.
4) Her friends gave her necklace/earrings, which I don't think I should gift her the same thing. Yes i know girls can have multiple accessories but I'm not sure if the design i got for her is something she would like.

However as she comes from a so-so family background and she's only a university student and we are not close, I'm afraid the gift would be too burdened for her to accept and would furthermore weaken my chances of being her best friend.

So can I have advise on how to approach said issue? *Not looking to have her to be my best friend to do ons, I'm just dry to have a friendship, i wanna talk life and future with someone LOL*
Require opinion's on gift to a female friend

*Warning, very sibeh long post due to background story*

Hello ladies! A few days ago it was one of my closest female friend's 21yr old birthday and I was planning to gift her a samsung galaxy s9. But i have some considerations before i do so.

Why I hesitated?
1) Although I mentioned she's one of my closest female friend, truthfully we aren't that close. We only known each other for 3years (1year in the same class, 2 years not). But she does not have many friends, her "ji mui" or bffs left her due to jealousy of her popularity with boys. So she's hopeless when it comes to have "bffs", in one long convo after she was drunk in the wee hours of her birthday party she confessed that I and another female friend of ours are one of the closest friend she considers.

2) During our convo, she mentioned something about having a guy best friend, someone she could depend on if she got drunk in bar. She likes the music atmosphere in the bar. Simultaneously, my mind also went "i want to be that best friend she mentioned because i don't have a best friend myself" She's wary of my girlfriend and she doesn't want my gf to be jealous if we were to become best friend. In the end, I told my gf about it and she's really supportive of me (knowing all of my close friends are studying abroad, active in whatsapp but no real life engagement).

3) After considering these 2 facts above, I have doubts that my gift would actually be more of a burden for her to accept. after all, i want to strengthen our friendship, not burdening it.

If you made it thus far, thank you for your patience, I'd like to be advised on whether this would be a good move or a bad move! Cheers.

S8 or S9

Greetings to the community of mobile. I was thinking about getting a friend of mine either a Samsung Galaxy s8 or a Galaxy s9 for her 21st birthday.
However, I can't decide if i should get her the s8 or the s9. I'm not entirely sure if s9 is worth the price tag seeing double lens is a s9+ only feature, can't get her plus version as it's too big for her hands haha. I looked up AR emoji(something she would like) and it was lambasted for S9 lack of sensors that makes it inferior to Apple's Animoji and, s10 was tipped to have better sensors. So that made me think if i should get her the S8 then maybe the S10 when it released? or should i get her the s9 and trade in for the s10? I need your opinions!

Here are some facts that I've considered thus far;
She has a low spec phone with inadequate storage space - (hence I wanted to get her a new phone)
She recently got a headphone from her dad, which is why I was thinking of getting samsung - (headphone jack)
She likes photography. - (I'm not too sure if there's a big improvement S9 has over the S8 that justifies the price tag.
She likes to play with snapchat filters and bitmoji ( she didn't get to play with bitmoji due to lack of storage space, she played with my phone instead)
She likes to watch movies on her phone because her laptop has connectivity issues. I read up that s9 has upgraded speakers, but is s8 speaker that bad?

Cheapest way to ACCA?

I'm a university dropout from dentistry and I'm thinking of doing ACCA, due to my previous venture into dentistry, I prefer to spend as less as possible to complete my ACCA. Money issue :3

I went to the education fair in March but my questions weren't fully answered. With that being said, I'd like to seek help from people who are currently doing their ACCA or had finished their ACCA.

Questions
1) I've heard that self study ACCA is possible, but may I know how did people pull this off? Are the standard BPP books and revision sufficient for said person to pass ACCA?

2) I've heard people sign up for different institutions for each papers. Does it works like, registering F3 - Katsuri F4 - MCKL? What institutions are there for each paper?

Much appreciated!
