Cloud Computing vs MS Server

helo there,

i not sure if i start the topic at the right place, if not please move this topic to the correct forum.

all these while i wish to study MS Server and bought the books thru online. not long after that i realized another interesting field; Cloud Computing.
but one question show up in my mind, do i need to study MS Server first only then i can have the knowledge about server stuff and entirely extends my studies in the Cloud Computing? or they both just runs separately?
mayb you guys can give me a clear picture on it? wish to venture myself more into IT world that i love since ever i learned about it.

monitor display keeps on flashing

hi guys...i got a hum pc monitor keeps on flashing in the way of; after i enter into Windows the desktop icons and toolbars keeps on disappear anad appear back, again and again, after few seconds.
is there any solution for it? is it display driver problem or caused by any virus or spyware?

setting up dial-up connection

hi guys...i have just installed ubuntu 9.04 in my home pc and it's my first time in using ubuntu, previously i'm windows-based user...
now i try to connect to internet but not yet have the dial-up things but i don't know how to create it....
i did find infos on this topic and i found it needed wvdial software and some says can do in the System>Administration>Network but i checked in the ubuntu i installed don't have the 'network' option...is it because i not yet install my modem driver?
please help me here...need you all guidance....thanx!!!!!

i just installed vmware and put windows xp as the virtual windows, but got one thing i don't get it is the wireless connection. i already installed my laptop's wireless driver; Broadcom but still can't work. the connection there stated is Ethernet, izit the vmware can't make it to wireless?
before tis i'm using windows seven virtual windows software from microsoft and i can use the wireless from the host, but this time the vmware cannot get the wireless connection from the host; windows seven in my laptop.
can anyone help me with this, please....

Please help..recently i bought acer Aspire 4935G found out webcam crystal Eye can't be run in MSN.
The display message shown "We couldn't start your camera device. Please check that your camera is not currently in use by another program, and then try again" but i already checked there is no other program open.i also try the solution given in forum by removing all pictures from the Pictures folder but it still din't work.Meanwhile i also redownload again the msn but it still same.For your info,i'm using Windows Vista Home Premium.

the top 1 is I put menu link, and the bottom is to load new page when I click the menu link; but the whole browser don't open a new page...
so, can you guys tell how the scripting is?

need help for audio driver

Helo guys,
i juz bought my compaq presario v3614au notebook...
d HP din provide me any drivers since it's freedos...

so i ask 4 drivers from d computer shop n i tried instal audio driver in it..but failed, it says 'failed to find the MEDIA device for this driver'....
wat should i do?
i've been gone thru a post in lowyat forum bout d compaq presario driver but oso fail when i try their suggested audio drivers...

now i duno wat 2 do, my notebook like a dead thing...haiz...
can u guys help me in this matter?

it's quite weird 4 me 2 ask such question...or mayb got ppl will say i'm still old fashion, stil playing wif d old game but tis Red Alert 2 is quite fun 2 play around...like starcraft...

so guyz, how 2 LAN d game wif oth computers coz b4 tis i never do any networking games...i'm noob in this stuff...
d computer where d RA2 been installed, d network option says d IPX not available..i try find info bout this in net, sum says need 2 install d IPX protocol, izit like tat? if yes, where can i download it?
