Need advice

Hi. I need advice for my kitten. He is male, 9 months old, fully vaccined and not yet neutered.

1. I moved to my parents house which is in another state with him, and he has been very aggressive towards my parents cat. He attacked 2 of their cats and 2 stray cats and the injury is pretty severe. So we have been separating him from other cats by keeping him in my room and free him by rotation. He get aggressive when only there is other cat around, could be because he used to be single-cat household. So these cats have been on rotation for almost 2 months, but he still attacked another cat whenever he had a chance. I still dont know what to do and I dont want to reintroduce him again as the other cat is now pregnant, and he did tried to attack when she was in a carrier. I tried feliway and sentry to calm him down but its not working.

2. He has been diagnosed with urinary track infection last 2 weeks. His urine test result shown that his urine is high in protein and there is little blood. I gave him antibiotics for a week. But it is still the same. His urine smells like ammonia, he sometimes peed outside of his litter box, he drinks and pee a lot, lack of appetite, noticeable hair loss, sleep almost all the time and have been quiet which is very unlike him. Last 2 days, i noticed huge lump on his left neck. Round and firm. So yesterday i took him to another vet and run a blood test and xray. Result for xray is fine, but for the blood test, his white blood cells count is not normal. Vet said maybe the UTI is still there so she prescribed him with antibiotics, anti inflammation, supplement for urinary bladder and vitamin. As for the lump, vet punctured it and there is no pus, only blood. Vet did not mentioned the cause for this and said it is quite normal for male cat.

Im becoming so worried and I dont know what to do. Its so hard to see him like that as he used to be very active and playful. Please advice on what to do, his proper diet, how to release his stress, as I feel like im failing in taking care of him 😭😭😭
