Do You Need Calcium Supplements? Why? You Low?

Malaysians and the Far Easterns in general really love to 'supplement'. But why? Are we deficient in certain things. Do you not know that a large majority of the duties of the liver, the gastrointestinal tract, the biliary system, the blood system and the kidney systems are actually geared to get rid of things that we bring into our body? What happens to all those Vitamin C you get in your food everyday? Yes, a great deal are in your urine.

Supplement sellers are excellent for you, but only if you are deficient in certain things. I would like you to exercise caution in taking too much Calcium. Chances are, we in the brightly lit country like Malaysia, you are well-stocked with Vit D and Calcium. So, before you 'supplement' these, consider your health. There are people that are on treatment in hospitals for Hypercalcaemia or Hypervitaminosis D, you know. Too much of Calcium can get coronaries, and you would pay hundreds of thousands RM to undo your mistakes.

See below, and be intelligent and do not become hypercalcaemic. Calcium supplement-peddlers are friends for you, but only if you are deficient in Calcium.
Do You Think You Can Escape Covid-19

It is very likely that you may not escape contact with the viral particles. These covid-19, are just like any of ts usual cousins that cause you annual sneeziness and runny noses with a little bit of cough and mild temperature; its just that your systems are new to this one and it doesnt really know how to react and so, react overwhelmingly immunologically. In all honesty, it is very possible that all of us will come in contact with this one, but nothin happens, just a mild feeling of being a bit rundown and thats about it.. whoosh its gone. A really small proportion of us will get that bad symptoms bits and even smaller will get it critical.

No, i dont think you can outrun this one.. just dont get it at the same time with thousands of others.. the health system may not have enough to look after you. So, stay indoors, wash yer hands and wear yer masks if you can afford it.
