I've been using the XL2411P and just got a second monitor, the GW2480 which is IPS. The color on the IPS looks like shit. Does anyone have one or know how to change the setting for better picture quality?

My XL2411P which is a TN looks 100x better than my IPS which makes no sense to me.

Automatic Car Wash in PJ/KL?

Is there any drive thru automatic car wash around PJ or KL? Those that uses the brush or maybe the air system? Got a white car and haven't wash since the lock-down and worried that the dirt on it will stain the car. Also I live in a condo so, washing myself is out of the question, also due to laziness.

Easiest Smart Phone for Elderly

I decide to buy Alcatel 3026 for my father, cause I though it would be easy for him to use cause its a FLIP PHONE.. just open to answer calls but the user interface is the worse I've ever seen in my life... Harder to learn than iPhone IMO.

He already has a smartphone but I don't remember the brand... it's hard to navigate even for me so it is going to be impossible for my father since he's very forgetful nowadays.

What phones do you guys recommend that's cheap and very user friendly for the elderly?

What do your elderly parents/grandparents use?

Tenat didn't pay rent.. how to sue them?

The tenant gave 1 month notice that they wanted to move out and broke their tenancy agreement contract... sign 2 years leave after 6 months.

They didn't pay rent for September and all utility bills.

Place was in a mess with rubbish everywhere and broken window. Even the lights was still on when they handed over the keys which was hanged on the door.

TNB bill is RM400 from the last meter reading and will probably be close to RM700-800 when TNB reads the meter in October.

The tenant rented the office under company name... can I sue them to get back the rent and pay the outstanding utilities?

Is there a lawyer I can hire and get the lawyer to charge the tenant for legal fees?
