DDR400 in my Motherboard?

i am using gigabyte 8pe80 which supports HT fsb800 but must manual tweak at bios...

and i just upgraded my processor to 2.8 HT fsb800 frm 1.8 fsb533...

now...the PC only detect 2.33ghz because i tune the memory freq to roughly170 (50degrees and if play fifa08 increase to 57)

and if i increase mem freq summore to 200 will be very very hot....(almost 70 wen playing fifa08)

so i was thinking....if i change my ram to ddr400 from ddr333.......will it affect the temperature reading of cpu???will the reading be more stable??

does ram has anything to do with FSB???

help!!!

well, my brother is planning to set up cctv in his shop...is there any1 who has the knowledge to help me out here...i heard that it works just like webcam...plug n play in to the pc...but where do we actually buy the cams??
