Low end i3 gaming

Hi guys, need rapid advice. How would an i3 4005u fare for games like battlefield 4/1, 64 player? Lowest settings fine, but would it still be playable? Graphics is 920m, which I know is also low end, but I'm thinking the CPU would be the first bottleneck.

Warranty and Upgrades?

Just a quick question. If I were to buy a laptop and upgrade the RAM and HDD myself, would this break the warranty? I know in my home country this is common practice, though I'm not sure if entirely legal (that is, for retailer/manufacturer to claim void warranty due to opening of casing).

Is this also the case in Malaysia? I'd really rather not pay extortionate costs for upgrades I can do myself.

Hi, just hoping to get an estimate of what this would be worth were I to sell. Its a Mid 2011 Macbook Air, i5 2467M, 128gb SSD, 4gb RAM.
